So we can put ambulances on patrol but not paramedic cars? How does this make any sense?!

What about areas that have first responders based out of smaller stations in very rural areas, providing time critical support?
Yes they aren't as good as an ambulance in terms of capability but if you're going for a realistic setup then they will certainly help.
I'll see if we can get patrols for fly cars. Didn't realise it wasn't in the update to be honest!

In the Uk, paramedic cars are widely used, ad wouldnt be realistic to have patients able to be transported in a Mondeo for example.
Also Jason, when you have a medical transport request, is there a way of choosing which vehicle takes the patient?

I still vote for Fly Cars being able to fully treat some casualties

Maybe some minor stuff like nosebleeds and fevers. But patients may need ambo to transport them to hospital
