Issue with the Betting System

You're not betting, the definition of betting is 'the action of gambling money on the outcome of a race, game, or other unpredictable event'

You're not risking money, you're simply predicting a result with no consequences of loss.

You get lucky you get some free stuff, you get unlucky you get nothing, but likewise don't loose anything. I don't follow sports, particularly football, so I'll be either shoving in random guesses or asking a friend for suggestions.

As others have stated, this is not betting, and as such wouldn't be illegal. The use of the term "bet" is presumably a translation error by the devs, as they don't speak English as a first language.

I think the whole idea and having in this is stupid, I wish the Devs would spend more time developing the game and less time on stupid seasonal easter hunts and now soccer betting, this has no bearing on emergency simulation in any way shape or form. As for going to stand-up goals, FFS what a waste of a free appliance that could be attending an emergency the football team should do it them selves. I guess real life is far from the thoughts of the Devs

I think *some* people would probably enjoy the game more if they spent more time playing it instead of crying on the forums about stuff they can safely ignore.

I thank everyone for their feedback, with dyslexia I didn't think about half of the things people said in this forum.
