Adding box areas, volunteer staffing, so like we can add like this engine or apparatus is always staffed by paid people, then we have volunteers come in, so it might not be able to respond.
As indicated by adamrat this is already available.
Delay Response is meant to simulate the delay in volunteers responding to station to pick up equipment/vehicles.
Shift Times will make a vehicle unavailable (Status 6) outside of the set shift times.
