i think the EMS moblie command trained staff needs to be looked at

the mission requires 2 trained staff to have it spawn the mission list shows it only needs 2 trained staff to complete but the mission is actually requires 4 EMS mobile command staff

Could you please provide me a screenshot of the mission showing 4 personnel needed, so I can bring it up.

If a mission expands to a Power Plant Fire-Explosion after 2 EMS Command qualified personnel are already on scene, it will require an additional 2 qualified personnel for a total of 4.
