Whether you are in the beginning stages of building the first fire station/police station or are a long-time pro player set on growing fast, we welcome you all to our alliance.

We currently operate within the Midwest and Southeast Region of the United States. We will be looking to expand to other regions as we continue to grow as an alliance.

Our members operate at a county level, and the alliance provides assistance for state and federal agencies. In addition, the alliance provides a fantastic hospital system throughout all regions we operate within.

Our goal as an alliance it to help all members grow and expand. We do this by providing our members with hospitals, prisons, state and federal agency mutual aid.

Our Administrators will assign you a specific county that you will be based in, and in charge of. From there you are mapped out for other surrounding counties, and once you complete that group of counties, you will be assigned either another group in the same state or in a different state, but in the same region.

United States 9-1-1 Services requires members to place stations at their realistic location and named a specific way. Vehicles operating out of each station have no requirements as to how realistic. We just ask to keep the number of vehicles semi realistic.

- Those who would like to be located or are willing to relocate to states we operate within.

I know there hasn't been an update since May as we have been quite busy as an alliance, but that doesn't mean we haven't grown significantly and expanded our operations. 📌WHO WE ARE AS AN ALLIANCE?

- We were founded by J20202002 (previous username: Jdog20202002) in January of 2021. We originally started out the alliance in the state of Michigan, but quickly identified the need to expand out Michigan, and with that came United States 9-1-1 Services.

- Our region administration team is a dedicated team who support all members within their regions and will happily assist them with whatever it maybe.

- We are professionally structured and operate with realistic locations.

- We support all members whether you are in the beginning stages of building your first station or are a long-time player.

📌WHAT IS OUR AREA OF OPERATIONS AND HOW WE OPERATE?

- We only operate with in the United States.

- Our alliance is broken up into five (5) regions. To see a list of what states we currently operate within, please look back to our monthly update!

- We operate on a county basis. Each member is responsible for all emergency services on a county level. When you join, you will be assigned the count(y/ies) that you currently occupy and from there will be responsible for all county emergency services. Do note that claiming a county that has not been assigned to you will result in moderation action and potential removal from the alliance. We do not allow our members to overlap counties as we strive to create an environment that allows for everyone to work together and have mutual aid.

- In addition, all of our members are required to place stations / agencies realistically. Vehicles we are a little more laid back on as they can be semi-realistic, but still have standards in place for those.

📌WHAT WE PROVIDE TO OUR MEMBERS?

- We provide the following buildings to all of our members:

- Hospitals

- Academies (Includes all academies: Police, Fire, EMS, and Coastal Rescue)

- State Police

- Prison / Jail

- Federal Agencies (FBI, DEA, ATF, Etc.)

- State Agencies

- Coast Guard

- Since we provide these buildings to our members, our members do not need to build these and instead put those credits towards their area of operation(s) to grow!

- Do note that even if you are a veteran player, you can still join our alliance as once you join our alliance all of your previous buildings are considered to be "Grandfathered" in, meaning you don't have to remove them. We work with anyone that is wanting to join our alliance to make sure that they fit right into our alliance!

• Healthcare System: Our healthcare operations now include 144 hospitals and 8 clinics, up from 35 hospitals and no clinics at the start of the year.
• Prison System: We've expanded our prison system to 33 prisons, up from just 5. We continue to build strong state and federal agencies to support our operations.

As we enter 2026, we are excited to share an updated overview of the continued growth, strength, and momentum of the United States 9-1-1 Services Alliance – “Where Growth and Success Meet.”

It has been several months since our last forum update (end of Quarter 2), as Quarter 3 and Quarter 4 demanded significant time and focus while we expanded operations and enhanced alliance infrastructure. With that said, we are proud to highlight what we accomplished throughout 2025 and outline why this is the perfect time for new members to join our organization.

We are an alliance built on the foundation of member-driven growth and long-term success. Our mission is simple: to provide a structured, supportive, and high-performing environment where every member—new or experienced—has the resources and leadership support necessary to thrive.

Why Join Us?

🔹 Financial Performance & Alliance Investment

In 2025, we reached a major financial milestone that required dedication, consistency, and teamwork. At the start of the year, we set targets of achieving a 10% month-over-month increase in alliance funds and a 15% year-over-year increase. While a few months fell short of our monthly goal, our alliance recovered quickly and ultimately met and exceeded our annual objective.

✅ 2025 Alliance Fund Generated: $51,286,948 credits
✅ Total Member Call Earnings: $512,869,480 credits

This funding directly supported alliance-wide expansion and ensured members gained access to large-scale resources without needing to build everything independently.

🔹 Top 100 Ranking Growth

Another milestone that deserves special recognition is our significant improvement in overall ranking in 2025. We began the year ranked #77 and closed the year ranked #57—a remarkable advancement made possible through the dedication, consistency, and commitment of our members.

As we move into 2026, we remain focused on sustaining this momentum and strengthening our position as a leading, member-focused alliance within MissionChief.

🔹 2025 Alliance Growth & Milestones

Our operational expansion in 2025 was substantial across multiple systems:

Healthcare System

• We successfully doubled the size of our healthcare network, reaching 304 hospitals across all alliance regions.

Education & Academy Network

• Our education system expanded significantly, with more than double the number of academies and increased classroom capacity across facilities—ensuring strong training and support coverage across regions.

Corrections Network

• We strengthened our corrections system to 44 operational prisons, many of which are already running at or near full capacity.

Mutual Aid Coverage

• Our administrative team expanded state and federal agency infrastructure and continued building mutual aid capacity across all regions. While our goal of ensuring mutual aid access within two hours for all members has not yet been fully achieved, we made substantial progress and will continue advancing this initiative in 2026.

🔹 Notable Operational Enhancements

In addition to expansion, we implemented several major organizational upgrades in 2025:

• Launch of our official Alliance Instagram
• Continued development of our new alliance website (active build-out)
• Creation of a custom Discord bot to improve administrative efficiency and member support

Our objective for 2026 is to bring both the website and Discord bot to full operational readiness early in the year.
