For MIU and small units I use clinics for them and send to them.

Ambulance would not normally transport a patient to a GP though so dont see the point of that as typically they would take to hospital to arrange a gp visit

Finally got one of these again but changed nothing.

Never even activated hems but it came up with hems requirement but as part of the main units needed and not a patient need.

Rather odd as it's still not green in the list of possible calls.

I'm the same i am 'missing' this call but I still receive them. I have also noticed HEMS is a required unit also.

I've not had one for a while, get plenty of large and medium ones.

Not that bothered by it just something I noticed as I was working out best way to do a new area for units ect.

Just been going through the possible mission list recently and noticed that for some reason the major hotel fire one is not green which basically says i do not have enough stations for it.

    It needs

    20 Fire
    6 Police
    15 Rescue

Now I have over 80 fire and police with around 40 rescue stations.

I've checked my 2 main dispatches they have enough stations to meet the requirement too on their own.

    I have poi set.

Is anyone else "missing" this call

Happened near me recently (last couple years) manhole exploded. The manhole cover shot into the air.

I will say however this was the devs pulling a mission from the US game due to myself not putting one up for this week as I was busy

At least they picked one that is realistic for the UK.

Why we are on about boats, there are 2 extentions in game just now that has sat nearly a year with no development of them.

One of those is Water rescue, so how about instead of looking at adding more units and that for things that are mostly covered just now they actually focus on the stuff that's sat for near enough a year and nothing has been done.

Both airport extension and water rescue have sat there with the courses in the schools for long enough and nothing has been done.

Yes the medical update was needed and to a point the recent police one was too but fire is rightly being looked at why not actually release the update for water rescue and airports. It's not exactly going to be different to that on other versions of the game.

Just see this adding new units is another way to avoid fixing what is already there.

the boats would be RNLI though as HMCG don't use any sea vessels as far as I know.

They are but using coastguard term is more fitting to the game than the organisation that operates the boats.

It is the coastguard who are over all responsible for the incidents and also at the coastguard stations you could have land base units too.

In game you can easily edit the name of the station to reflect the location just the same as HEMS they are known by several different names.

It would be great especially if missions get sorted to include them.

However just now I would say the focus should be getting both Airport and Water rescue sorted out. These would be better than adding more fire units.

The airport extension would be interesting too as would introduce the fire equipment for them. This could also unlock the foam unit mentioned so that it is avaliable for all stations.

The water rescue side has huge potential, not only could we have fire based water rescue service but introduce a new building that is coastguard station.

    Add in 3 different boats

Small boat would be good for fire services and would be trailer mounted so would need a van or 4x4 to move it to scene. This could be based at fire stations and coastguard stations.

Large boat this could be you life boats and would be best to be only available from coastguard stations.

Fire boat this would be able to do rescue and tackle fires on boats similar to LFB fire boats. Only available from Coastguard stations, yes that may be a bit odd but what would be more odd is having a fire boat in a main station no where near water.

I know I could easily use all the mentioned vehicles and would welcome them but just feel focus should be on sorting stuff that's been talked about before instead of going off and adding more units just now that would serve little purpose other than to just expand the vehicles we can have.

it isn't unusual to have GPs respond to emergency situations some are trained to provide emergency care and some have basic training to provide advanced care until a full trained emergency dr gets there.

I have been thinking about the introduction of GP units this week and feel it's a role that needs altered slightly to the training required.

We should introduce a new training course for GP this would a basic on call one and could respond to more dedicated calls they go to basically in real life out of hours care.

If you want a GP to be further trained to cover critical care they can go on that and this could serve a slightly better realism side too. As you could make it so hems needs both cc and gp as well as the gp car.

Having a critical care paramedic in ambulances and RRV is great but having a gp car as basically critical care RRV isn't really great so would be better if gp needs more than cc training

We do want to build on GP calls etc. I will bring up the training issue again because that needs sorting

That would be great, to have GP centred calls too. These could even progress to needing ambulance to take to hospital.

The training is a urgent thing they need to fix, tha sk for bringing it up with them again

It would be great to have ability to train clinic staff in cc now since e have GPs there, however that then makes GP redundant as cc trained ambo crew will be easier.

Would be good if GP could be needed on calls on it's own merit.

i have a feeling this maybe changed in the near future, they maybe holding off untill people have Road Police Trained.

    We can only wish.

They have added new units before and totally screwed players over before with the new requirements.

The Critical Care was a huge example of this.

Just glad they haven't went mad this time.

As we all get use to this new update for the games anniversary noticed a few things about it.

First it's a needed content update and will help a lot of players. So thanks for working to add it.

Next, the announcement says about GP be8ng available in Clinics this would mean Critical Care would now be something you can train clinic staff in. So far I have noticed that we can not train clinic staff in cc and also gp unit isn't avaliable there.

When will this be fixed as want to know if I should bin my 3 new Home Responder buildings or keep them and use them as GP.

Next the police units both are needed but couldn't you have gave given us time to train staff. Not a major issue for me but a few alliance members are struggling due to it.

Also noticed that the new police units are not showing in the unit list on a call. Could that be checked too?

Other than that it's a great addition.

Have to agree here, it would be better if you could transfer staff from a normal station to a helicopter station.

Same with the critical care side you can only have them in ambulance stations you can not transfer them to hems or clinics and you can not train any clinic staff as critical care despite this being something that exists

As I am working through my set up I'm realising more that it would be beneficial to have it so HEMS can be used for patient transports as in real life some HEMS double as transports for some patients especially critical care ones that need to go from one hospital to a specialist unit.

So can we have hems added to the patient transport as a way to clear them
