In Canada, we call them pumpers.
This game is not only for trained fire services personnel, it is for everybody (including the generally untrained), as such the public definition would be part of the reason as to why the naming convention is what it is.
Truthfully, I do not.
I do not even remember it being open for all stations. I suspect if it was, it was done in error or a bug.
Correct me if I'm wrong (I don't have these equipment), but doesn't it usually say +Flood Equipment when it's attached on a call?
This should be resolved in the next Monday regular release.
The ambulance calls you are indicating does not have a POI requirement, as they can occur anywhere. We wouldn't put a POI on them as that would restrict where they spawn.
The US version only allows radius to be set on certain expansions. Forestry for example.
I've escalated it to the devs, they are investigating and believe the have found the issue.
I would expect this to be resolved by next Monday's regular release.
I have submitted these to the devs for investigation.
Gooochy you may be right.
Along the same lines, there are many apparatus that can be a "fire truck", not just the fire engines including aerial, rescue engine, pumper-tanker.
Type 1 and Type 2 Engines are fire engines, just one seats 6 and the other 3.
Both vehicles fulfill the requirement for "Fire engine" in a mission.
Please provide a link to the hospital in question, I will escalate this to the dev team.
Thank you,
Yes
Thanks for confirming. I've pushed it for the devs to investigate. Please note that this may take some time.
I don't have lifeguards at all, I'm assuming all these missions are personnel only requirements?
I've gotten several overturned small vessel calls and they ask for a Lifeguard Supervisor. The option to send the land vehicle isnt there and when i send one on a small coastal boat it does not clear the call.
Any ideas?
Could you provide screenshots showing the vehicle on the mission (with the red bar showing the requirement mission) and the personnel assigned to the vehicle.
Thank you WOLFMAN450 and Barake for provide confirmation, that it works.
I'm thinking it may be a personnel education issue.
The stations in question are in Australia about 4500 kms from New Zealand. I have no Rural extensions in the entire country all dispatch centres are Local, apart from an Ambulance dispatch centre between both countries
But this is on the US server right? (You posted on the US version).
So I did some digging, I could either be the
I will check with the devs but it could either be:
I believe if we change the Generating station to "Fire Station w/ Wildfire Expansion", this will require that only a station which has the applicable expansion will generate the station or as Gooochy suggested the "Mission Type".
Mission IDs:
766
- overlays: a, b, c, ab, ac, bc, abc
767
- overlays: a, b, c, d, ab, ac, ad
We can look into it. Could you provide me the mission ID number, so I can bring it up.
I believe you have to be the alliance administrator to complete with coins. Not sure on that but a moderator or advisor can chime in here please
ChiefBoden61, @Corbz3 is a content advisor for the AU version.
You can complete courses with coins once it has started.
I am not an admin on AEM and I can complete a course in progress.

It wants 4 more lifeguards (staff). Not appliances.
No for this particular mission. The mission doesn't require lifeguard personnel or appliances. This is a bug (translation error). I've brought it up to the devs, last I've been told it's still being investigated.
