But we don't want to generate 338 calls to be able to afford new stations. We don't play like you because we play realistically. You and top-of-the list alliances only play for sharing hundreds of large missions to earn credits fast. We want to earn enough credits while playing realistically.
Again, this is still a game in the end, the point of the increasing costs is to increase the challenge.
At this point, we are going around in circles but the facts are that the station prices are what they are, in all 26 versions of the game, which utilises the same station cost process, whereas I can appreciate that you want your stations to be cheaper, your alternative option is to use coins like Nigefire suggested. Otherwise, like everyone else you'll have to grind and earn the credits.
Implementing such a drastic change now, would trigger a mass-request for credit refunds from those who have been paying the same payout structure for the past 7-8 years.
How you choose to play is entirely up to you, you are aware of the costs and associated time to make those credits.
I agree, does my NUT IN! For example im trying to make London (i know its the US Version, I messed up but im to far gone now!) However they have 103 fire stations, Im at 70, I can only do one every 1-2 days. I simply dont have the time to do 10000 calls to afford one station, I just cant handle it anymore and im thinking of scrapping the project. I feel the max for a small station should be 150K, Thats it, no way does your first station cost 25k and your 100th cost 1 mil!
150K, some can clear that in minutes, the formula has been set to ensure that it not becomes super easy to just build away.
This is a game after all, it's not meant to be simple, the cost increase is meant to challenge.
I'm at 337 fire stations, a small FD costs 879k and a large is 1.75m, with that I can generate 338 calls, with the higher value calls that are coming out, it's not hard to make 1 million in a day, and I can say there are people who make much more than that in a day, and by no means do I play for an entire day.

That's a relatively newer mission, I created that specifically as a follow-up only mission for those major fires.

OSM Map data is updated as the entire database is updated. This is up to the development schedule based on their rights.
The specialisation and the ability for small stations to have one extension and specialisation was the solution for having a station act as a standalone station.
At this point, they will not be bringing out something to make a relatively new improvement deemed obsolete.
While I understand, you're looking for a faster way to complete this, it would not be foreseeable for an implementation such as that.

As the person responsible for the content for the last SES update I have been monitoring the escalation of the missions as a single player doing the missions and also missions shared with the Alliance membership. And since August I have only ever found the missions to escalate by one step. For example minor to moderate or significant to major but never minor to moderate to significant etc.
I went to an event to support the Fire Services with traffic management for started out as a truck fire that spread to a paint factory and their warehouse very quickly escalating to a 4 Alarm fire. So I think we should get the functionality of the AU server checked out if you are saying it works that way on the US server.
Brought that to the devs, they will correct soon.

The Large MCTrailer works now. Really nice and fast.
The small one does nothing, not even 1%.
I tried with medic chief and the trailer.
Then added a fire eng.
Then EMS command and OPS
I could not get the small one to do anything.

Any mission we make with an upgrade possibility can upgrade. That includes a mission that has previously upgraded before.
Provided the member has option selected to upgrade.
Patient Treatment and Transport are based on vehicle types, not personnel assigned.
ALS Ambulance** will treat all patients and transport
BLS Ambulance will treat and transport ALPHA and BRAVO patients, 90% treatment of Charlie, Delta, Echo and Omega* patients without a "Fly-car" type vehicle to complete.
Fly-Car type vehicles (Fly-Car, EMS Rescue) will treat 90% of transport patients and treat/release those who are releasable.
Police and Fire (non-Fly Car or Transportable type) will treat 10% of patients.
[This is not an exhaustive list, I'm sure I'm missing some]
*Omega patient determinants are currently wrong, these patients are generally community defferable patients who can be released to a community service type unit. At present Omega is being treated as an ALS patient. I have lobbied the devs to change this to at minimum a BLS patient, but to no avail.
**ALS Ambulance includes all ALS transportable vehicles such as Tactical Ambulance, CBRNE Ambulance, Fire Engine/Ambulance and HEMS.
This should be implemented on the Monday update.
