I’m afraid people who do know the Callsigns are often reluctant to disclose them for many reasons. However, if your visit the site ‘whatdotheyknow’ there are many FOI’s to the MET where they have willingly disclosed Callsigns, for example Westminster area cars being C1-C9 and IRV’s CW-21-CW-29.

I have come across this problem a few times now and it really does bug me as I just cant decide what to do. As I'm now once again moving onto another service area, I'ts reemerged so I'll ask other players what they do in this situation. Unlike LSP, there isn't currently a PrimeMover system in game (when playing LSP I feel this works with no issues what so ever it's great!) so when faced with setups like this...I sort of get lost what to do. I want to play as realistic as possible so this presents a problem.

(ISSUE>Only having 4 vehicles available to move 6 pods without a PM system in game(asking for this system isn't really an option))

Would be interested to hear what others do for this issue, Thanks.

I can’t say I have noticed too big a decline in these missions you mentioned, simply because I hadn’t got all my POI’s sorted to spawn them correctly. Now however I do, I do get them, but they are rare. I must say I do like it that way as it feels like they are out the blue and unexpected, wether this is an issue internally however I’m not sure.

One thing I have picked up on is that I have been getting an awful lot more Building collapse calls like loads, almost 1/4 of my calls it’s quite concerning as there big jobs in comparison to others. This admittedly could be down to me recently expanding my Amb service setup quite dramatically (these missions now come with about 20-30 casualties per incident) and I just thought it would be worth noting as you’ve also raised concern about call generation.

Not going to go through every single one, I’ll pull a few that I feel I’ll use most and will benefit me.

No1, sounds useful for the larger stations with specialist appliances .
No3, I think this is where the fire appliances go on standby at other stations to provide coverage... just my understanding-could be useful.
No4, I believe this is can be used for Amb service, I would need this heavily in my setup so would be great in reducing response times.
No8, by your comments I think you’ve read the previous thread about staffing, this would be a good idea I feel.

Maybe I worded it wrongly. When I wrote priority list, I was describing what units I think should come first over the others as there’s many been suggested. Not priority over other work as I understand that you are working/planning on a police overhaul like you said after Amb.

I try to keep as up to date as possible with the forum news to avert misunderstandings.
    Thanks for your work nevertheless.

Oh if you could see the list of content that we have planned. We would like a substantial police update (hence the new police missions) once ambulance is sorted

Going to add a few I feel the community really is missing, almost priority list. Of course I'm not expecting this to be acted upon ect ect...

Roads Policing Unit - RPU (traffic)
Police Support Unit - PSU (riot)
Marine Policing Unit - MPU (waterborne)
Criminal Investigations Department - CID (investigations)
Collision Investigation Unit - CIU (investigates serious collisions)

I hadn’t considered making them personal / interchangeable per user, but that makes a lot of sense - give for example 10 police / fire / amb ranks (or however many suits overall) and let users customise the names of them without changing the overall use - like with custom vehicle classes etc.
Hopefully that would work better than just using a generic rank structure as that may appeal to fewer players

Yes, that's what I was getting at you've sort of simplified if for me with a lot less waffle then myself thanks  I still think it would be great to see an addition of similar to the game as its just another item to add realism which I understand a lot of players are after; or at least a tailored UK version.

I like this idea a lot, as I currently have gone to the effort of naming nearly all my staff with fitting rank/role.

Your suggestion for police sounds as if it would work or rather I think it sounds fitting (I’m not sure how the game runs and if this can be accomplished) However I’m not to sure how the Ambulance service side of things would work as different Trusts have different names for ranks/roles. I think most Fire mostly are the same but am aware of a few that differ.

My suggestion is that they implement they same system as creating your own ARR category,

Create your own Rank>Save it>Go to personal>Select your chosen rank your personal list.

Overall, I still like and think your ideas work and are beneficial to the game as this is mcUnitedKingdom they are attributes of our emergency services.

I also do the same as above, I have coastguard locations RAF search and rescue RAF mountain Rescue/ Normal Mountain Rescue all to cover resources.

What units do you use for what?
Also, what type of missions do you send them to as we don't have mispers or such like, I'm guessing you use coastguard for missions like stuck climber.

I only use Highways bases and have them with ARV'S as I have them attend jobs on major roads obviously and jobs like 'HGV lost its load (livestock)' which requires ARV sometimes. This also limits the possibility of them attempting to transport any prisoners.

If im right -because of the map logic, difference between units/unit type travel times wont be possible.

I’ll take your word, I wouldn’t know tbh.

However I still believe that an increase in specific call types based on week days could be achieved? We already have seasonal days/events were specific missions are increased.

Just a quick temporary suggestion is to make a staging location/RVP of whatever you need up there so like you mentioned the fire appliances. At least then they’ll be there and reduces that huge travel time. However only temporary fix.

My suggestion is that the game runs in real time. Using this to alter response time in game.

For example, using common knowledge that we all are aware of, say around 07:00-10:00am rush hour commute, response times in game should be longer to simulate an increase in traffic, perhaps congestion, roadworks or even an ongoing emergency situation causing delays; all of wich are not uncommon on British roads. The same could be done for the PM rush hour slot, even an increasing call frequency such as RTC, RTC with entrapment, FTS, Hit And Run ect ect...( could see new missions such as ‘obstruction in live lane’ ‘animal in road’).

If this sees success, there could even be an expansion into days of the week. For example, Friday and Saturday particularly after say 6pm an increase in ASB type missions, drink and drug related disorder and arsonists jobs for fire.

Of course there’s plenty more to discus on when’s busy at what time of day due to what and why but that is a long process.

Any opinions, thoughts or changes/suggestions to add would be great!

Hi, back once again with another question..

Is this a suitable FOI to go off, IE are you aware of a more informative or more modern one. I am pretty satisfied with this tbh so if not no worries.

I understand this doesn't include the new OO's, can you explain a little more about them please.

I feel this would suffice. I'm sure I've also seen this mentioned a fair few times before.

As in, build the prison, call it what you want for example 'XYZ custody suite' rather then 'HMP XYZ' and there you have it, your own custody building ?

I understand what your saying, and I feel that a lot of players are already using this type of method. However, its only temporary and a lot of players will be looking for a permanent solution. Plus, wouldn't it just be nice to have the correct buildings... I think this should be considered in the future, I'm not saying an immediate fix or update but say the next substantial 'police pack/update'.
