The only issue I can see is older players staff not updating

I dont think it should need training. Like every 3 police stations a sgt every 5 a inspector
-
FBI is not dispatched by 911 either
That's different that's still a essential part of Policing
-
I have a feeling that probably won’t be included but it’s only a 2 day recruitment if not. There won’t be any training for them
Could it spawn with 3 or 4 staff then so enough for hems and a rrv
How did you u convince the devs anyway

I wish when I manually attach a graphic (by uploading) and when I click use this graphic set, it changes it could this be changed
Side note: the CHP stuff is tbz_thegreat 's not mine so all credits to him
-
they can be added to the police side as an impound yard for the building.
Not dispatched by 911 though, they are called privately (or by dispatch)

I will have anEMS Chief trained in EMS command. At 20 stations, do I need a mass causality Unit or EMS Ops Support?
Nope optional the mass causality is very handy it will Transport 7 paitents and ops support is uswless

I’m grateful for every response - especially those with detail and which give a thorough opinion. I’d like to hear from the content team or TACRfan their views on this?
If this was a thing I would like it to be optional

This could work really well for those who want to go to the level of detail.
It wouldn't really result in "micro-managing" either.
Now how to implement is the question, do you make jobs require a trained staff member bit like critical care where vehicle doesn't matter or have them respond only from a command unit like fire officer or ICCU.
For fire I would have it so we have 4 levels of command officers.
Level 1, Station commander
Level 2, Area Commander
Level 3, Divisional Officer
Level 4, Deputy Chief Officer.
Each with training Level 1 just need that, Level 2 would need Level 1 and so on.
Yes I have missed out a few ranks from what is used in real life but having these 4 would provide a good way forward in game.
Now with calls you can set it so calls need a set amount of each Commander how that commander gets there is up to how you set up. Personally I'd have all turn up in cars as standard. However they still count if you stick them in a ICCU.
For police I'd introduce
Sergeants
Inspectors
With Sergeant training and Inspector training.
They can be put in any vehicle this can allow players to have a sergeants and inspectors in all areas of their policing line traffic and firearms.
For medical we are already seeing Command structure there I'd hust work on calls here.
I would hate this feature, it will break my whole set up. I would prefer a police mobile command unit or somthing

MCU can cause issue to understand.
Do you meant Mobile Command Unit or Mass Casualty Unit.
Goochy is straight away thinking about Casualty unit but I think you are meaning Command unit.
And command unit is not really necessary anymore unless you just want to play role-play by yourself
causlity unit if i mean mobilce command ill say Ems command
-
I would like to see tow trucks
But that isn't dispatched by 911
-
At 10 EMS stations you need 1 EMS cheif minium for calls with 10+ paitents and at 40 EMS Stations (I think) you need 2 trained mobile command staff on any unit (I recommend the EMS cheif as it can clear transports by its self)
And the MCU and EMS Ops are limited to 1 every 20 Ambulance Stations
-
10 Ambulance Stations = EMS Chief
20 Ambulance Stations = EMS Ops and MCU? Training?
At 10 EMS stations you need 1 EMS cheif minium for calls with 10+ paitents and at 40 EMS Stations (I think) you need 2 trained mobile command staff on any unit (I recommend the EMS cheif as it can clear transports by its self)

I’d love to see staff ranks implemented.
Ideally, the ranks would serve a purpose on scene, either giving a benefit to payout, time to completion or as a call requirement. But even without that, the ability to assign ranks to staff would be cool.
On the personnel details editing screen, add a drop-down box with options for ranks pre-allocated by the content advice team, and potentially allow customs ranks to be added to the list which are a copy of an existing rank, but re-labelled to allow the player more scope and realism to their service area if wanted.
Potentially have a cap on the % of staff that can be promoted to certain ranks. 1% of a player’s entire staff at the highest ranks etc.
Also would be awesome to have a staff overview list in dispatch centres with an extra column for rank, just like for training.
Yes but it would be way to much mirco managing
-
I don't think they correlate to MCU count too but I would like to ask if the MCU count and EMS Ops are separate. So if I had 20 EMS Stations I could buy one of each.
Yes at 20 EMS stations you can have 1 of each
-
Ops Support is more of Bonus Unit rather than a requirement. It's like a Supply Unit and helps speed up Missions. It's similar to the Crew Carrier of the FD Side of things but for EMS instead.
Oh so not any use to me, is it supposed to be like a Paramedic squad
-
JerseyBirds Could you ask the devs for the purpose and make a annocement about the ops support
-
I couldn't do an ems station for 1 or 2 ambulances, that would kill me
Execpt private ambulances
-
would be awesome to see more medical runs escalate as in requiring an engine or truck to respond for man power. I rarely had any medical runs escalate as fire does about 50% of the time
No, my ideas are for UK server please post ur ideas in 5he us server

ok, that answers it. Thanks for the clarification. Do I need the specialized EMS units like HazMat ambulance when I reach 11 ambo stations? I have an EMS chief now for my 10 stations. Is my next threshold 11 stations or 20 before I need to buy and train another special EMS unit? EMS Ops support, and or MCU?
EMS hazmat not needed and would not recommend, ops support no one really knows what it is for, mcu is really handy only thing yiu need to train is mobile command for EMS at 40 ( I think)
