Are you trying to transport ALS patients with only BLS resources on scene?
Also note, EMS chiefs will not auto-transport any patients who already had a pending transport before the EMS chief arrived on scene.
A few screenshots would certainly help.
On each EMS chief you can setup the automatic transport options.
At least for the US version, I can't think of many realistic scenarios where only EMS would respond for major scenarios (more than 10 patients).
Almost all responses would call for large fire or PD responses to go with it.
The hazmat, tactical and rescue ambulances are specialized yes, but nowhere in the US that I know of would send only hazmat ambulances to deal with a carbon monoxide leak for example, they just simply aren't equipped to handle that.

It occurred to me that I had never received a single kidnapping mission and then I realized today that it is set to be generated by a fire station but does not require any fire vehicles (and as I recall if it doesn't require at least one engine it won't generate).
Can we get this fixed to generate from a police station?
CARE, Mayfair, Shaefer, McCormick, Elite {the worse}, Liberty, Royality, Med-Trans, AMR does not have a contract with county fire it has ended. L.A. County does have their own ambulance service that's provided by Department of Health Services, they are not affiliated with LA County Fire Department
Who took over the high desert and Santa Clarita from AMR? Last I knew, AMR still had the EOA 1 contract.
The hard part in my opinion is how you quantify the right number as every department is different.
For example, in Phoenix, most calls beyond a contents fire call for 3-4 investigators. There was a large scrap yard fire a few months back that had 9 assigned. Other times though, you'll only have 1 investigator and sometimes someone from fire prevention on a fire watch.

For LA County, the big three are AMR, McCormick and CARE each with their own exclusive operarting zone.
When I built them out, CARE had a few that were single unit and McCormick and AMR each had one so it wasnt too terrible of a waste of credits in the name of realism.

Not so much a region control but I could see an easy-ish implementation from the devs of expanding the options when you select the custom coverage area checkbox to also allow you to select another dispatch center or centers to include.
Techically the Swat SUV Counts as a SWAT Armoured Vehicle (used for LSCAMs)
The SWAT SUV does not count as an armoured vehicle. It counts as a SWAT resource but for the missions that require an armoured vehicle (i.e. Armed Vehicle Pursuit), an SUV will not meet the requirement.
Armoured vehicle can carry 6 staff and the SUV can carry 2-4 staff and missions require X SWAT staff not vehicles so the Armoured vehicle is better but I would buy it at 7 police stations so when you get calls for it at 8 you are ready
There are also a few missions that require the SWAT armoured vehicle.
However - the SWAT SUV also counts as a patrol car for missions so in some cases it adds a bit more realism to not have a regular patrol car sitting there for 15 minutes before your SWAT units show up, they all show up together and the SWAT SUV fulfills the patrol car requirements.

Simply put, there are no missions that require it currently. What kind of missions do you see as spawning only at a college? I can't think of many that are unique to a college that don't occur outside of there as well.
As far as having two different sized POIs, that likely wouldn't happen as the missions associated with a small college would be the same as a large college. Currently the only time where POIs have sizes (runways and chemical storage tanks) is where it vastly changes the type of missions that occur and thus the response you send.
Think of the storage cupboard fires as shed/outbuilding fires.

Alternatively, I could possible see if I can clone the "Carbon Monoxide Alarm" call to a "Carbon Monoxide Alarm - Commercial/Institution" which can expand outward. Thoughts?

Good point about the POI, I didnt think about that. Perhaps a Carbon Monoxide Alarm (Fire Alarm System) call then for the POIs that allows an expansion into these missions?
I previously was in favor of saying that the logarithmic increase in cost for small stations needed to decrease - however with us now having access to a single expansion for small stations and hypothetically specializations for small stations coming shortly, I'm not sure the same argument for large cost decreases apply anymore.
