I don't understand the reason for a fire station to have 39 bay slots, the largest station I have heard of in the U.S. I believe is in Baltimore Maryland with 20 rigs, I know in LA County the largest we have is 15 or 16 rigs at one station and that's Glendale 21 along with some spare apparatus. LE and EMS services I can see with more bay slots to play realistically. as a former FF I have traveled to many departments in the past all over the USA. I spent 2 weeks going over all my photos and notes from my travels as reference.

a bit off topic but does anyone know much about Academy's? trying to help a fellow alliance member, we have 1 fire academy but he needs to train lots of recruits but he doesn't want to wait in line with other members. can he purchase an academy then fast track the training with coins then delete the academy in a few hours to get a refund?

only down fall in real life is if its O/S that'll really hurt that station and community

I had a strange request for rigs, it said a few rigs along with (1 HazMat, X4 Hazmat.) never seen this before I had only sent the 1 HazMat unit then when it arrived all was GTG, icon went green. does the (X4) mean more personnel now?

it also seems I cant get my crew trained, I placed an ALS engine at a fire house but when I go into the EMS academy that fire station isn't visible or any other fire station with an ambulance station inside

where do you look to change the color icon's for your FD station? I have 22 battalion's and I'd like to color code each battalion

Paramedic engines is starting to be a thing here on the west coast USA, Cali has a lot of their departments with Paramedic engines and ALS trucks (platforms)

I'm starting to see now in Wa state that King and Pierce counties have a few ALS engines and trucks.
