I think I have found a solution. I disabled it in one of the stations the wildfire extension and right away enabled it again, now mission shows up as available.
Others who are facing the same hell issue take note of this solution and try it!

Thanks to the secret angel who fixed this issue for me. Now the mission is available, I didn't change anything but the mission now is available.

The stations with the 40 hotshots need to be assigned to the same dispatch center if you have the "Create your own coverage area. Stations belonging to this dispatch center are considered for missions in the assigned dispatch center area." checked. Now if they are assigned to different dispatch centers then make sure the box for "Create your own coverage area. Stations belonging to this dispatch center are considered for missions in the assigned dispatch center area." is not checked.
All those stations are assigned to one dispatch center and in possible missions i'm looking exactly for that dispatch center missions.

None of this makes any sense at all to me.
Exactly, same for me. I need to enable this mission, and even having all requirements met, it shows as not available.
I need the solution otherwise I won't be able to play the game.

The mission is not available to you because it is a new Hotshot version of the mission that requires an amount of Hotshots in addition to the stations/expansions listed. Click on details to see. Also, how is this mission not being available to you preventing you from playing the game?
I have trained exactly 40 Hotshots within various stations but still the mission is not available
It prevents me from playing because I am earning money for buying new stations to enable all possible missions, right now I have earned a lot of money but I cannot build new stations because in my Possible missions list, there are unavailable missions, I am doing 1 by 1 going from top to bottom of the list.
My mind won't allow me to skip those missions and play others.
Please update us on how to fix this.

Hey, I have an issue with the forestry mission spawning.

It says that the mission is now available (Even tho I have like 8 forestry expansions instead of 2 needed) and if you will look at 1 mission above, you will see that there is another mission that requires even more same expansions and it is in green color. How do I fix this?

Hey, I would like your opinion, on why I have the issue.
In the possible mission list, it says that missions with Airport extensions are (white - not available).
However, I have the airport extension and this fire station is assigned to the right call center. Before those missions were available for me but for some reason, now they arent.
What would be the issue?

Hey guys, i wanted to know, have you ever experienced the same issue as I am experiencing?
From time to time my missions do spawn in the water - sea. Exactly on the broken line. In real life, this line is the pathway for ships, like ship roads but still, it is in the water.
I think that the game recognizes it as a normal road, often they spawn now far from my station but sometimes it takes up to 20 minutes for my cars to arrive at this point in the middle of the water.
And after the mission is finished, the cars do drive a long way back to the depo. I have contacted developers 2 times in last year, they are giving promises but never fix anything.
Let me know your experience with this issue.

Same problem here, currently waiting for support to reply me, I have wasted many coins on those tasks and they didn't work. I didn't also finish the big 30 task event just because of those 2 tasks. I hope they will refund me the wasted money.
