  • Callout Spawn Radius?

    I would like to see individual stations having an adjustable spawn size. I'm trying to replicate my local city, but I'm having to put stations where there aren't any in real life because I don't get any missions to spawn more than a couple minutes away from the stations.

  • Patients not being released from hospital

    I've been having issues with patients not being released from hospital. I've got many patients who have been there for over 12 hours. Currently have 5 jobs waiting for transfer to hospital but can't complete them because the hospital is at capacity.


    Is this a bug, or do I have to leave the game open when not playing to allow the timer to work (ie: is it game playing hours that it goes on.... not just the overall hours).


    Is anyone else having this issue?
