The United States 9-1-1 Services Alliance is pleased to present its Quarter 1 Performance Update for 2025. In the first three months of the year, we have continued to build on the momentum of 2024, delivering measurable growth across all operational sectors and solidifying our standing as one of MissionChief’s premier alliances.

📈 Key Metrics & Operational Growth

• 💰 Alliance Fund Revenue (Q1 2025):
    $11,019,814 credits generated, contributing to $110,198,140 in total call response revenue.
• 🏆 Alliance Ranking:
    Now ranked #70 overall on MissionChief’s Top 100 alliances.
• 🏥 Healthcare System:
    Expanded to 168 hospitals and numerous member-access clinics.
• 🏛️ Corrections Network:
    Currently operating 34 active prisons, serving both regional and federal operations.
• 🏫 Training Infrastructure:
    Alliance academies now include:
    - 14 Police Academies
    - 17 Fire Academies
    - 4 EMS Academies
    - 3 Coast Guard Academies

🧭 Organizational Overview

Founded in January 2021 by J20202002 (formerly Jdog20202002), United States 9-1-1 Services began as a localized alliance in Michigan. Since then, it has evolved into a fully national alliance that supports emergency services operations in 25 U.S. states and 3 U.S. territories, with regional teams covering all five U.S. regions.

We operate with a clear focus on:

• Professionalism & coordination
• Realistic yet flexible county-based operations
• Member-first growth strategy
• Efficient regional oversight and support

🌐 Operational Structure & Member Roles

The alliance is divided into five regions:

• Northeast Region
• Midwest Region
• Southeast Region
• Southwest Region
• West Region

Members are assigned to counties upon acceptance. Each member is responsible for managing all emergency services within their designated area. This structure prevents overlap and fosters a cooperative, realistic environment that mirrors public safety coordination on a national level.

Realism is required in station placement, but members are allowed semi-realistic flexibility in fleet configuration to support efficient gameplay.

🧰 Member Resources & Strategic Support

Our alliance provides comprehensive infrastructure to help members grow and succeed from day one. Resources include:

• Access to alliance-funded hospitals, clinics, and prisons
• Use of existing federal and state agency facilities (FBI, ATF, DEA, US Marshals, State Police, etc.)
• Dedicated police, fire, EMS, and Coast Guard academies
• Coast Guard and maritime facilities
• Support from regional administration teams for onboarding, logistics, and expansion planning
• All of the listed above buildings are provided by the alliance, and members do not build these

Veteran players welcome: All pre-existing infrastructure is grandfathered in. There is no requirement to demolish or rebuild previously developed assets.

We are actively accepting applications from both new and experienced players who wish to be part of a well-organized, professional alliance environment.

Application Requirements:

• Applicants must have registered MissionChief accounts
• Please read our alliance rules upon applying
• Join the Discord within 72 hours of submitting your application to avoid automatic denial
• Applications are typically reviewed within 1–3 business days
• Onboarding process must be completed within 2 weeks of applying. Failure to complete onboarding during that time will result in your application being denied

Although it has been a few months since our last post / update, we wanted to ensure we start the year with a strong focus on our recruitment efforts and provide an overview of our recent achievements, as well as the opportunities and resources available to potential new members.

🔹 Financial Success: In 2024, our alliance fund generated $41.9 million, contributing to an incredible $419.3 million in call responses. We are only getting started, and with continued growth in 2025, we're set to achieve even greater results.

🔹 Top 100 Ranking: Proudly ranked in the Top 100 alliances in MissionChief, we hold the #77 spot and are aiming to climb even higher in 2025. This is a huge achievement, thanks to the hard work of our administration staff and members alike.

🔹 Regional Expansion: Our expansion has been phenomenal, going from operations in just two states at the start of 2024 to covering 25 states and 3 U.S. territories across all five regions.

2024 Growth & Milestones:

• Academy Network: We now operate 38 academies, including Fire, Police, EMS, and Coast Guard—a significant increase from just 10 at the start of 2024.
• Healthcare System: Our healthcare operations now include 144 hospitals and 8 clinics, up from 35 hospitals and no clinics at the start of the year.
• Prison System: We've expanded our prison system to 33 prisons, up from just 5. We continue to build strong state and federal agencies to support our operations.

Back at it with providing a monthly update on current status of the alliance and to provide updates for the month of August! I know there hasn't been an update since May as we have been quite busy as an alliance, but that doesn't mean we haven't grown significantly and expanded our operations. This update will provide you all with an update from June up to August, and then expect another post within the next few weeks to cover September.

The alliance has expanded to cover more states in each region that we were operating within before and have even started to move to new states within regions. Listed below is an updated list of all states that our alliance operates within:

Our continued growth as an alliance has been amazing. Each month we continue to hit new benchmarks set by region administration allowing us to expand more and more each and every day. We strive to provide all of our members with what they need to be successful, and be able to focus on their area of operation(s) and grow,

We are still looking for active members that are interested in joining our alliance and are still looking to fill some administrative positions with those that are active and cover a wide area of coverage.

Alliance Overview:

📌WHO WE ARE AS AN ALLIANCE?

- We were founded by J20202002 (previous username: Jdog20202002) in January of 2021. We originally started out the alliance in the state of Michigan, but quickly identified the need to expand out Michigan, and with that came United States 9-1-1 Services.

- Our region administration team is a dedicated team who support all members within their regions and will happily assist them with whatever it maybe.

- We are professionally structured and operate with realistic locations.

- We support all members whether you are in the beginning stages of building your first station or are a long-time player.

📌WHAT IS OUR AREA OF OPERATIONS AND HOW WE OPERATE?

- We only operate with in the United States.

- Our alliance is broken up into five (5) regions. To see a list of what states we currently operate within, please look back to our monthly update!

- We operate on a county basis. Each member is responsible for all emergency services on a county level. When you join, you will be assigned the count(y/ies) that you currently occupy and from there will be responsible for all county emergency services. Do note that claiming a county that has not been assigned to you will result in moderation action and potential removal from the alliance. We do not allow our members to overlap counties as we strive to create an environment that allows for everyone to work together and have mutual aid.

- In addition, all of our members are required to place stations / agencies realistically. Vehicles we are a little more laid back on as they can be semi-realistic, but still have standards in place for those.

📌WHAT WE PROVIDE TO OUR MEMBERS?

- We provide the following buildings to all of our members:

- Hospitals

- Academies (Includes all academies: Police, Fire, EMS, and Coastal Rescue)

- State Police

- Prison / Jail

- Federal Agencies (FBI, DEA, ATF, Etc.)

- State Agencies

- Coast Guard

- Since we provide these buildings to our members, our members do not need to build these and instead put those credits towards their area of operation(s) to grow!

- Do note that even if you are a veteran player, you can still join our alliance as once you join our alliance all of your previous buildings are considered to be "Grandfathered" in, meaning you don't have to remove them. We work with anyone that is wanting to join our alliance to make sure that they fit right into our alliance!

- All applicants who are interested in joining must submit a request to the alliance on MissionChief, and then join our Official United States 9-1-1 Services Communications Server (Discord) to complete your entry process (Link Below).

- A few things to note when applying:

Weekend tasks are giving a different amount of credits than what it says the reward it. The image I provided is the 200 missions task for this weekend which was supposed to give 100k, but actually game 90k.
