I do like the idea of CERT and it could be included in a home response station.
We will add it to the list of ideas.
Ultimately the devs are the ones that decide what is released and the content team put it together
The PT should never of been changed it was a misunderstanding
yep it was a misunderstanding. And it’s been something that’s been trying to get fixed since it was introduced. Now this misunderstanding is down to a communication error.
The Content Advisors have passed it on to the devs to fix and we are waiting for the fix to be implemented.
On a side note, please remember the content advisors do not get paid for any of the work they do to help the game. They purely do this in their spare time outside of their work/family/volunteer commitments and for the love of the game.
As one of the content advisors, there is multiple things I personally believe should be implemented in the game. But we only add things that ‘all’ players are asking for.
We will never be able to please everyone and neither will the developers.
Like able to tow the VMR vehicle on a trailer? In my screenshot on the original post thats what it is doing.
We hope to try and implement exactly that.
Possibly look at having 2 different size boats.

The AUS Content team have this on our list for another update and are doing more research.
VMR was originally created by the old content team.
Originally the support was a quad. Which we got renamed to the support, as the quad made no sense.
We want to incorporate the support into some inland missions as it follows roads. We also want to make it a towing vehicle.

You are still able to set the spawn area in the US version.
I stand corrected. One of the stations I was using to test doesn’t have the option, but just checked another one and it does has the option.
I believe it’s only allowed on stations with wildland expansion? Or just any expansion?
I'd also like to see The Radius thing like on VMR Added to Police SES ambo and Fire It would be easy ish to add and make it better
The devs removed this from the US version on their fire stations. I’m not sure this will be brought back
The button will only appear once the course has started. If the classroom isn’t full before the course starts you won’t have the option.

This has been discussed for a long time for the US version. At this point in time, I don’t believe the devs will look at doing urban or rural stations. That is why we only have specialisations.
The game is set up to try and cover all basis, majority of it based for a city set up.
Completely understand what you are both trying to get across.
A lot of us have been playing for a lot longer and we have just gotten a custom to the way the game is played.
The original game is based in Germany.
It’s a free game and it’s the developers choice of what they want to do.
The devs wanted certain vehicles to only be classed as bushfire so it didn’t make the game too easy.
Yes light tankers and ultra lights do a lot more in real life.
It was pushed very hard to get them to be classed as a fire truck as well. But they decided against it
Unfortunately can’t have everything the way we want it. I’ve been playing for 4 years. You just to get a custom to it not being exactly the same as real life
Unfortunately it doesn’t look like the developers are going to introduce rural & urban stations. As it’s been asked for years.
The closest you’ll get is making a rural station a bushfire specialisation
The radius was introduced to the us server for fire stations. But I believe it may have been removed by the developers

Any mission we make with an upgrade possibility can upgrade. That includes a mission that has previously upgraded before.
Provided the member has option selected to upgrade.
The 4 years I’ve been playing, with mission expansion ticked, bushfires, forest fires, field, hazard reductions only escate once. Where as on the us have seen them escalate to multiple levels from a small to medium, large then major. Aus server ours stops at one. Medium only escalates to large then doesn’t escalate any further.
Unless someone has proof of it happening on Aus server.

This is already possible. I have had missions upgrade over 4 times
Only seems to be once on the Aus Server. Can’t say I’ve ever seen it happen more than once
