I use the FBI wagon and drone as CID units, lots of police departments have investigation divisions, so I use the FBI units for that purpose.

"FBI" Investigation Wagon
"FBI" Bomb Squad

It SHOULD, I have not experienced this yet so I cannot confirm that, but they should work.

I sent smoke jumping planes... 2 of them.... so that meant I had 76 smoke jumpers there.... 36 with hot shots and 20 in each plane plane and it still made me send 20 more Requirement was for 20 smokejumpers
How many smoke jumpers does the mission require? (Could you send the mission requirement image)
-
The mission said to send 30 Hot Shots... I sent 48 that are hot shot and smokejumper trained. Highlighted. After all units got on scene it wanted 30 smokejumpers
Smoke jumpers most likely have to be in a smoke jumping plane for them to count.

I am waiting to buy the trailer for this exact reason I hope they give it a big storage capacity like 60 or 80.
I think 30-40 would fit best for the large trailer
-
Adding equipment storage to the heavy rescue trailers would be extremely useful.
Small Heavy Rescue Trailer - 20 Storage slots
same as a heavy rescue unit with the slight benefit of the towing unit storage over the heavy rescue vehicle alone
Large Heavy Rescue Trailer - 40 storage slots
The 40 storage slots gives it a benefit over the small trailer and still making up for the towing unit storage
I bought the trailer for this exact purpose, but I have yet to use it as its not functional yet.

The missions do not even last long enough for a field kitchen to be deployed and set up. By the time is gets there the incident is done
I know of a few missions that take a while (Confined Space Rescue) and custom missions take a long time. They probably wouldn't be used often but they could be more of a vehicle for realism (Like the BLS, Motorcycle, and such)

totally unnecessary
Unnecessary but can help some people who want to add food/rehab units to their fleets. Maybe it will decrease mission completion time like the dozer does.

Please check out the Australian forum.
Suggestions for improvements -
Clinics are now the most OP building in the game. 210k to get 6 ambulance bays and a general internal hospital with 10 patient spots.
-
Here are some suggestions for that "Complex Fire" idea.
A new button that creates an "Incident Command Post"
You can add nearby calls to the ICP
The ICP menu will list all attached calls, and show all the vehicles involved in said calls. MCVs, MCCs, Dozers, and other support vehicles could stay at the ICP instead of going directly to the fires, it could function as a combination dispatch center/staging post I guess.

All my police helicopters are being dispatched as a swat in my AAR even though I don't have them set in my swat aar. Is there a way to fix this?
I believe police helicopter personnel act as SWAT. A way to compensate for not giving us a SWAT helicopter I guess.

What is your ARR setup? It may be either a bug or maybe something odd in your ARR.

what department has 10 people on any unit? I think the request is to allow more than what is currently allowed such as allow 4 or mor on Truck. Do not change what the minimum is...
I have never heard of one, but I have a toy HAZ-MAT truck with 10 seats if that counts. (Maybe its a thing in large volunteer departments?
