depends on the type of graphic
I usually make the graphic itself 4x scaled up from the original picture of whatever vehicle I try to recreate (also using multiple layers for different parts to have more detail), and then use ezgif to animate the lights (you need multiple pictures of different light combos) and size it to vertical 75, 100 or 150, depending on how big it should be.

you need to enable the developer mode at chrome://extensions, as chrome now requires that mode for userscripts to work.

Hey together,
I started playing a few days ago on the US Version, currently have 2 Police Stations and just got the planned call "peaceful demonstration (small)", which requires a K9 Unit.
However, in the vehicle market the description of the K9 states that it is only required after the 6th police station built.
I've played the german version for almost 5 years now and in similar situations, the unit which doesn't have its requirements met won't be needed.
