    I am struggling to get info about Foam appliances in the east delivery area for the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service. I know Kirkcaldy has a 4x4 foam carrier, does another station hold an appliance with foam, or a pod?


    Speaking of Pods for Dunfermline I know have 2 Prime Movers but I can only find information that they only have 1 pod, is this correct, doesn't make sense to have 2 PMs and 1 pod?


    I could also use some help with SORT at Newbridge as again I am struggling to find the information about what vehicles they have?


    Any help would be appreciated!

    I have some functional/text/interaction improvements which are not huge and I think would make the game a wee bit more user friendly?


    1. Change Rescue to Ambulance (UK Only?)


    2. When picking/checking Graphics Packs when you go into them (the non windows link), there is no way to go back to the game without pressing the back button on browser or changing your link to take out the prefix.


    3. Settings, might just be me but I think settings should be under the user drop down (where the graphic pack link is), this would be instead of going through a dispatch centre.


    3.1 In settings everything is as one (I mean premium and non-premium), this should be separated, still within the same window but having a heading for premium stuff at the bottom with everything premium, take it even further, if you are not a premium member it should be greyed out so you can see what you're missing. This would be better than the prompt you get after you tick a premium feature.


    4. Station window, would be nice if you changed these to responsive columns so they were side by side if you stretch it out (like below), I have a widescreen monitor, would be nice to see a grid of stations other than the stretched out list with white space.


    I imagine a few of these things have already been brought up, so I apologies in advance.

    I think I would like to see a radio call go out if a medical call needs critical care, although the call doesn't upgrade per say, it would be good if there was a radio call like when fire calls upgrade as it would be easier to control in terms of not scrolling through the calls to see that a medical call hasn't complete because it needs critical care?

    When turning off Alliance Buildings it also gets rid of the staging areas set (this makes sense as they are 'built' by another member), but it should be the case that there do not disappear as if a storm is held in a built up area, sometimes members buildings distract from the storm.
    I guess what I'm trying to say is that Staging Areas shouldn't disappear is alliance buildings are off?

    Don't know if this is a bug, I seem to have everything in place, but two of my boat trailers won't dispatch as it says towing vehicle is unavailable, they both have the same response delays and the towing vehicle has 4 trained Swift Water Rescue crew and the trailer is assigned to the towing vehicle.

    Just a suggestion to keep the community informed about what suggestions have been complete. Maybe this could be done by highlighting the suggestions on the suggestions page in green, to show that its been implemented in game. I'm guessing the creator keeps the Moderators informed about what happening behind the scenes? So maybe the creator could inform the Moderators about whats about to be implemented the Moderators go search through the suggestions to see if any have been complete, and maybe a separate tab for those suggestions that have been impelemted.
    With this the community will be able to see that the creators are listing to the community?


    Maybe could take this a step further and highlight the suggestions that are currently being worked on in orange?

    Just a small thing but I think there should be 2 Ambulances required for the Child Birth Call (Only on a minimum amount of occasions) , as there is sometimes complications with birth and sometimes they need more than 2 medics, and even sometimes if its unfortunately bad, they send parent and child to hospital in separate ambulances.

    I think there should be more False Alarms in the game, as I do believe there are plenty of false alarms, not just for Fire but Ambulance and Police, call examples would be:
    School/Uni/College: Fire Alarm System (In the UK these are all connected to the fire service so vehicles are dispatched immediately and 99% of the time its a false alarm), you could even have University Halls as I'm sure my halls were hooked straight to the fire service.
    I'm sure there will be other building hooked straight up to the Fire Service possibly government buildings, large train stations, Airport Terminals?
    Person Not Responding (On Phone)(This could be an ambulance call).
    Again with police, person not responding on phone line (I'm not sure if they are dispatched for this call, I'm sure someone will be able to tell us?).


    I'm sure there are a lot more false alarms or calls with no outcome that services respond to, this would make the game more realistic and more challenging as units get tied up on these calls.

    A good idea would be to add a new mission speed that would be random, for example there could be periods where you get a call every 30 seconds, then there would be a period of time where its every 5 minutes, this would simulate real life as call come in at different rates across the day.

    In the picture below more units are needed to complete the call, however the units that are needed are not known because transport is needed. It would be good it the units required for the mission would not disappear because transport is needed but possibly put the transport is needed flash, below the units required. Especially for this call (as its an alliance one) members that have just logged in have no idea what units are required to complete this call as other members have not transported patients.

    I think it might be an idea to have small 'X' on the windows as it may be easier for some users to close them this way other than going to the bottom of the page to close the window it may feel more natural this way? It may seem trivial but user experience :)

    This is already a thing, I believe (someone correct me if I'm wrong) you need to have 25 buildings plus, and then you are able to build another dispatch centre, as I have for Police, Fire and Ambulance for my set up, I do have many building though.
