Hello Mission Chief Developers and Global Community,

I'm writing to propose a comprehensive expansion inspired by the highly advanced and specific Mass Casualty Incident (MCI) response systems used by the Czech Republic's Emergency Medical Services (ZZS). This isn't just a suggestion for a new vehicle; it's a vision for a new layer of strategic gameplay that will enhance realism, deepen the challenge for veteran players, and celebrate the real-world tactics that make emergency response so fascinating.

You have always shown a commitment to your community's ideas, and I believe this concept, rooted in authenticity, is exactly the kind of evolution your players, especially those in the Czech community playing Operační Středisko, are looking for.

    The Vision: Beyond the Ambulance

The current game model—one ambulance per patient—works perfectly for daily calls. However, for large-scale incidents, it doesn't capture the strategic brilliance of a real MCI response. In the Czech Republic, the response isn't just about sending more ambulances; it's about deploying specialized, high-capacity assets that transform the incident scene itself.

This proposal introduces a new system of MCI Response Vehicles and Mechanics, creating a new and exciting endgame for dedicated players.

    Core Components of the Expansion

    1. New High-Tier Vehicles: The MCI Specialists

These vehicles would be expensive, high-level assets, representing a significant strategic investment for any player. They are based on real, iconic vehicles from the Czech Republic.

Tier 1: Velkokapacitní modul Atego (Atego MCI Module)

Real-World Basis: Based on the Mercedes-Benz Atego chassis, a vehicle used by several Czech regional ZZS services for handling multiple patients.

    In-Game Cost: 25,000 Credits

Personnel: 3x "MCI Specialist" (new training required)

Function: Can treat up to 6 patients on-site and transport 3 treated patients to the hospital

Tier 2: Těžký zdravotnický modul "GOLEM" (Heavy Medical Module "GOLEM")

Real-World Basis: Inspired by the legendary "Golem" truck of the Prague ZZS, a mobile hospital designed for the most extreme situations. This is the ultimate MCI response tool.

    In-Game Cost: 35,000 Credits & 50 Coins

    Personnel: 4x "MCI Specialist"

Function: Can treat up to 10 patients on-site and transport 5 treated patients. Its presence on-scene provides a morale/efficiency boost to other EMS units.

    2. New Training Course: The Elite Responders

To operate these advanced vehicles, a new high-level course is required at the Academy.

Course Name: Specialista pro hromadná neštěstí (MCI Specialist)

    Duration: 7 days

Function: Only personnel with this certification can staff the Velkokapacitní modul Atego and the Těžký zdravotnický modul"

A Tribute to the Community: Implementing a feature so deeply rooted in the Czech reality would be a fantastic nod to the passionate Czech player base of Operační Středisko.

Thank you for your time and consideration.
