I just tested this again and it is still happening for me. I dispatch units individually and use custom vehicle categories. So in this case in my ARR, I'm dispatching a Type I Urban Search & Rescue Team. For the screenshot below only one of them could be dispatched initially. I then clicked the 'Vehicle Display Limited' button and was able to dispatch the other five. Once dispatched, some of the remaining five are being sent with equipment while others are not and it seems to be random. All of these units are setup the exact same way with the same trained personnel and the same equipment assigned.

Hello All,
I'm not sure who to address this post to, but I've been thinking about this for a while now and believe that something needs to be mentioned. I'm hoping that maybe this could create some honest discussion and I wanted to ask the honest question... is the US version of Mission Chief just dead? And what I mean by that is, is it no longer being supported by the developers?
I've been a long time player of Mission Chief for years, a long time lurker in these forums and occasionally post. I go through waves of playing and I'm sure others do too. I get super into it for a few weeks, take a week or two break, come back to it, play some more, etc. However, more and more it seems like the player base is dying and the developers (or whoever is supporting this game) have seemingly abandoned it. I understand that there are still missions being added weekly, but those just seem like missions being added on autopilot that don't seem to require that much input, and in many cases aren't all that interesting. They also aren't tailored to a US player base using US vocabulary.
Outside of these mission updates, there only seem to be the very occasional small updates to UI or something else, and while those are helpful and appreciated, they don't really impact or fix the major issues that are routinely being reported.
Beyond this, many of the issues raised on Facebook posts, submitted to Support in game, and bug posts created on this forum go completely unanswered. I have bug/fix requests I've submitted to Support in game that have been submitted days or even weeks ago that have zero acknowledgment or any response at all. And when submitting bug reports in this forum, it feels like no one who actually works on this game or has the power to address these bugs ever visits this forum or responds to any of the posts.
So, again, is this game just unsupported at this point? Have the developers just moved on? This thought especially crossed my mind recently when they sent the message in game to all players about the beta of their new game, Logistics Empire. It just feels like a slap in the face to anyone who is still playing Mission Chief and wants to see it continue to be supported. Why would I want to invest any time or money into a new game when the one I'm already playing feels abandoned?
As someone who used to routinely buy coins to support this game, I feel like it's extremely difficult to justify any additional coin purchases or support this game any longer and I would assume that others feel this same way.
I will just end this by saying that I would love for someone to respond to this post to tell me that I'm wrong or correct me or point me in the right direction... by all means, please do so!
Thanks for your time and if you made it this far, thanks for reading.

Hello,
I've discovered a bug with the vehicle display limit function and vehicles being dispatched without equipment.
When I click on the "Vehicle Display Limited" button to force the loading of more vehicles for dispatch, vehicles that are loaded part of that do not dispatch with the equipment that is assigned to them.
In the screenshot examples below, I have a Heavy Rescue that was dispatched to a mission and it has Technical Rescue Equipment and Search and Rescue Equipment assigned to it and it is being dispatched without the equipment and just leaves them in storage. I am having this issue with all vehicles that load after clicking the "Vehicle Display Limited" button.

The announcement for this mission, quoted below, is a bit misleading as it mentions using both drones or helicopters, however, the actual mission requirement only lists a drone so I don't think helicopters will work. Also, I believe the Police Drone in the equipment section is the same thing as the FBI Surveillance Drone that is available at Federal Police Stations or Federal Police extensions.
QuoteDisplay MoreDear MissionChief community,
A tip-off disrupts the calm—strange activity reported at a remote rural property. Locals describe blacked-out windows, a strong skunky smell, and unusual traffic at odd hours. Electricity usage is off the charts, fences appear overnight, and surveillance cameras are spotted in nearby trees. The location is isolated, hidden by thick woodland—perfect cover for something illegal. With too many unknowns, ground surveillance is too risky. The call is made: send in the helicopter. 🔥 Thermal imaging is the only way to see what’s really going on.
If you have at least 5 police stations and 1 police helicopter station, get ready to deploy your helicopter or drone in our latest mission
Possible Illegal Plantation (Aerial Thermal Imaging Required)! 🕵️♂️🚁
Let’s shut this operation down! 💪🌿

Same thing with the sunflower award. I feel like I grinded all weekend and barely even got the silver badge, let alone the gold one.

Ok....thanks.. but mine has just started doing that this week... The list of buildings has always refreshed when saved, but the map never moved. I have multiple dispatch centers and when map refreshes, it does not go to any dispatch center... in fact it goes to the middle of nowhere most of the tim.. Thanks for the reply
I believe this started happening after the 8/20 update to vehicle graphics options. Once again, rolling out new features and ignoring when things break.

I've recently also tried to escalate one of my errors posts to a chat support message and get the autoresponder but no other reply. I'm seeing posts on facebook about new "features" or missions and the posts ask for comments, but never see a response. Do the developers ever come here to look at what issues users report? Does anyone staff chat support?
Without reassurance that anyone is at least acknowledging these issues, I'll never make the jump to a paid tier or buy coins.
The lack of documentation of new features and how they work is also frustrating.
I'll end my mini rant here, I feel like I'm going off topic and it should be its own post. Sorry to hijack.
I'm 1000% with you! The lack of response is really disappointing. Between this and all the various issues with the equipment market that have still gone unfixed and unacknowledged since they were released, it's really hard to justify continuing to spend money on coins.

Yeah same. How frustrating.

I have also submitted requests to Support multiple times for this issue and received no responses or updates. This really needs to be fixed as it makes the investment into dozers useless.
