Tends to vary be service.
Quite often HEMS RRV's still have single clinician on them. Depends on service choice, staffing availability etc.

Todays post is something more for Hampshire and IoW Fire and Rescue, Ford Transit based Incident Support Unit, utilised as a Welfare unit and deployed alongside the Hampshire Incident Command Unit.
Previous post has also been updated to have the Isle of Wight command unit, a new MAN TGE based vehicle.
I haven't really got much else new to post at the moment, as most of my work has been reanimating works by other contributors. But I have had a few people ask for this one, the Dorset and Somerset Air Ambulance RRV:
And Hampshire Police - One of their black liveried vehicless, Volvo V60, usually used as an Area Car by District Policing Teams:
Audi A6 - Unmarked ARV
Ford Mondeo (2020) - DSU

From my limited understanding. I don't think HEMS is required for any specific mission (hence not appearing on the possible mission list)
But can be required by patient's on a mission, in the same way they can require Critical Care, Mass Casualty Equipment, Ambulance Officer, etc.
unfortunately I cannot provide specific examples, usually if I've seen it it's either been huge alliance missions, or the larger spawned missions in general. -
Just took a bit of time, they weren't there when I checked at the reset, but they are there for me now.

Irked me when making SECAmb as there is a Critical Care Truck actually based there with the Gatwick HART team
Was curious if bug or intentional. -

ll! Started to dip my toe into Vehicle Graphics after initially making some of my own CAD style graphics to compliment Ir1sh's 2025 pack. After a couple months playing and expanding I got interested in using the 2D London Graphics pack for some variety. From there started playing with my own by editing existing and have made a couple of my own to suit my SCAS build. Figured I'd share them! I'll do my best to credit original artists where appropriate
SCAS - Officer Tesla
SCAS - Officer Toyota RAV 4 - Used for Staff Responders / Community Engagement Officers, etc
CAD Style - Thanks to Ir1sh for their excellent original pack.Emergency Intervention Unit:

Edit: Didn't quite realise there was a limit for individual posts - Will add the graphics in their own posts.

The number of transfers you get is based on the number of hospitals/clinics you have and increases exponentially ("I think"???). I have a huge set up covering the entire state of Florida and parts of Alabama and Georgia and the max transports/transfers I ever get is 10. I hope this helps???
Probably just not hit enough hospitals then
Will continue to keep an eye on it. Judging from what I've seen commented in other areas of the forum it's either to do with overal mission spawning levels / total stations as a whole, and/or the number of hospitals. -
Not sure if bug or intended, so thought I'd report it to get feedback.
I currently have 12 Hospitals/UTC's and about 11 Transfer resources (Critical Care and Non-Emergency mix) but I only ever get 2 Patient Transfer / Critical Care Missions at a time regardless of resource location or availability and number of patients in hospital. Is the number of concurrent transfer missions supposed to increase like it appears to on the US version, or is it capped to two?

Whilst playing with a steadily growing setup, it is getting very difficult to use the patrol routes function.
The main Patrol Vehicle allocation screen could do with a Filter / Search Function to make it easier to find specific units to allocate to routes, and/or the ability to set the route from the settings for the vehicle/unit itself when naming it.Thank you for consideration!
