Slowly the problem seems to be sorting itself out so this thread may as well be closed.

Perhaps after updates I should just leave the game for 24-48 hours to sort itself out but after spending 3 years working my way up the ranks and spending money to do so like a lot of us it becomes concerning if all that one has worked for may be lost.

I play on the UK server and I had seen comments in regards to building issues on the US forum. So perhaps this is similar to the education aspect - it was a global thing for some until they fix / fixed it.

Sincere apologies - this issue continues. (Inability to edit building names.)

Of note - other members of my alliance have since declared problems in regards to building related problems. I also note an error report on the US server in regards to a player unable to click on vehicles within their station so I am wondering if this is a more global issue than just a few of us and local. I also note an error report yesterday although promptly resolved in regards to education on the UK forum. I was wondering if an update was performed which has affected performance for some of us?

Historically I would access MC via the app on IPad. When updates are performed I tend to find I suffer with some error the most recent being back in May following the map updates when the mission specialisation page disappeared. (Which you kindly resolved for me.)

I am now finding several aspects very temperamental.

For example the only way to edit buildings would be to log in via web browser. One moment Google works fine then it doesn’t. Then I have to use Safari.

When logged in via what ever browser that allows me to edit buildings, the problems have extended to:

1. Prisoners / patients showing as needing clearing for a period of time yet have been cleared.

2. Jobs remaining in the ‘’in” pile of jobs despite units having been dispatched.

Forgive my ignorance, are you able to check my account remotely to see if there is any issues please? I don’t own a PC and this is becoming unplayable at the moment. I will upload screenshots showing issues.

The issue appears to be playing on a mobile device and via the app. (Another member of my alliance is suffering with some issues in relation to buildings.)

I have changed device and accessed via web browser which resolved the issue for me and like wise access via mobile device but via web browser instead of the app has resolved the issue should any others suffer with similar.

Image 1 is screen shot earlier today whilst working on the building. Image 2 is now how the building and all others appears. No ability to edit building name that section having disappeared.

Unless this is unique to me, I have noticed that the building layouts page has changed today with all vehicles within the relevant building appearing now in a different format.

I cannot see anywhere where you can change the name of the relevant building. The ‘edit’ button that used to be at the bottom of the building page is no longer there ( along with the move building and delete buttons.)

Not sure if this is unique to me as I am awaiting a reply from other alliance members.

I have had a previous issue which admin thankfully resolved but this was missing relevant sections on the specialisation pages. Today is purely how to change building names.

Any help greatly appreciated.

As you will see on the attached screenshot the specialisation page of my fire building is blank. This despite it being a foam specialised building as confirmed by the icon top right and in the generates box. This problem is the same for ALL of my buildings be them Fire, Police or Ambulance stations. The specialisation page is simply blank.

I first noticed this problem yesterday and considering recent map updates, I had a problem several months ago where any cells I purchased did not at that time allow me to share with my alliance. That option never existed. Thankfully that problem resolved itself after a week or so but considering the mapping system has again been upgraded, am wondering if it is connected as the cell sharing problem was at the same time as another map update.

Can anyone provide advice please on how to resolve or a work around?

I appear to be the only person suffering with this issue within my alliance, and I have not installed any of the mapping updates - I have stuck with using the original.

In game username: Emirates238. The problem still exists if I access Via Google Crome and I play on an Ipad so operating system is IPad OS 26.42

I commented on another thread but ever since the new map style was updated I have had problems. (Wasn’t able to access the new map so I know my problems are not due to installing that).

Now I and other users are experiencing no buildings shown. It’s almost like starting day 1 again after playing the game for 2 years., Can anyone provide an email address to raise this issue please with the developers or is that monitored here? Im not on Facebook if that is the place to raise issues?

I have had problems since the new mapping system was introduced. I am on the police version of Mission Chief playing on an IPad.

Since the map update of which I have not been able to access I have suffered with:

1. Patient details duplicated on each and every job. If the mission says 124 Patients then I get that information x2 on every job.

2. Certain features of ARR not working. (Now resolved but on selecting certain units would not allocate and dispatch)

3. New problem started yesterday - not showing any jobs or buildings on load up instilling the fear everything had been wiped. This resolves itself but after some time and seems to take an age to upload all my buildings.
