I do believe they do the actucal followup, I built LACounty up and been messing with different things. for the LAC Squads I used fly cars then went with EMS Rescue to perform HR tasks and now I'm in the proccess of swapping them out with HR's and add in the EQ of medical and Technical gear. I had tested that out with one of my squads a month ago and they did perform the BLS followup. would be super cool if Engines were able to perform medical followups with the BLS RA's like a toggle type system, (here in LACounty Para-Engines do the followups

I to use the BLS RA and HR with medical storage and technical rescue as my squads and I do get some calls require the ALS RA. its good to have a couple of RA stations with a couple of ALS RA's

when I was a deputy/paramedic with LASD back in the late 80's I was part of the SAR unit so I'm pretty familiar with types of rescue vehicles and gear but I am not sure what a Mountain Height Rescue unit it? is that suppose to be an offroad unit or suv kitted up? I did build 6 mountain rescue stations at the correct locations of LASD-SAR taskforce on my account and am stumped a bit with it.
