Can someone please explain to me what the point of the search bar for ARR is? I thought it was to search for a specific mission, but it doesn't work when I try it for an ARR that I have.

What's needed to allow patient transport missions to spawn?
I currently have 1 clinic, 2 hospitals, and 10 ALS ambulances but I'm not getting any patient transport missions. Are ALS Ambulances not considered ambulance transport vehicle?
They are because that's what I use. Do you have them turned on? You can send screenshots and someone should be able to help you if you need more help.

When I attempt to load http://www.missionchief.com, I get an error saying "http://www.missionchief.com’s server IP address could not be found". How do I resolve this? I am able to play MissionChiefUK but not US.
It's working for me, have you tried reloading the page, that's what I do whenever I get that. It might take a few times though.

No, this example specifically is worth mentioning - firearms officers will not count towards the required firearms personnel unless in one of the firearms specific vehicles, ARV, armed traffic car, MRAV, Firearms Personnel Carrier, Armed Cell Van

This would be a very welcome addition especially to policing where regular response vehicles may have several specialist trained officers in them, but can only be dispatched as an IRV or one additional custom type.
Are you talking about using Firearms police in regular police cars? Just an example

What server do you play on if you don't mind me asking? I mainly play on the US, UK and AU servers, but I have accounts on the German and Finland servers.

That's the biggest problem with support, they don't do a good job with getting back to you and they're not very helpful. I'm not even sure how you go about proving to them that you aren't breaking the rules. I'm sorry this happened to you. I would ask them what you need to do in order to prove that you aren't using bots to play.

Can the developers please do something about the alliances that have no credits and/or don't have any members? On the US server alone, there's several pages of alliances like that. It would be much easier to find your alliance if you don't have those alliances.

Can someone please tell me why I'm not getting railway fire missions? I've got the extension turned on and I have the vehicles plus people trained in it. I also have set POIs to try and get those missions.

It happens when you have several stations, I have a station that is like that and I know others do as well.
