This is my stuff! I am very passionate about firefighting. I have volunteer experience, and will soon be going to the academy and will be a career firefighter. I also plan to be a leader, and am very passionate about that as well. I am currently a co-admin in my alliance, and would be proud to be a moderator on the forums and game. I will gladly do fire advising and help in any way I can. Thank you.

Thank You Nickoli but we currently are in no need of moderators but we will keep you posted if we should need any at a later time.

In light of this tragic accident many are morning the lost of Officer David Glasser. Officer Glasser and his partner were ambushed while on a call. Let us remember Officer Glasser as we lay him to rest. There has been so much out pour from the community and donations to help out the family, Officer David Glasser left behind a wife and two kids.

    RIP Brother Officer David Glasser

The calls in the game are great. but players should have an option to use the calls you have provided that we use now. or we can pay like 25 credits to not use those calls and make our own calls. so for example i can go on a make a possible call be "Structure Fire" and select the unites needed for it then i can play. cause where everyone lives there are different calls and i like to play simulation so have the normal units and real life stations, but by doing that i have to wait 10 minuetes for a truck to be on scene to the fireplace fire because the city the fire is in on the game doesnt have a truck unit cause theres not one in real life.

So why not just add one. Adapt to the game. Everything doesn't have to be the exact. I for one have added things that we wouldn't normally have to make sure Im not sitting on wait time more then five mins.

In the UK our ambulance services use other ways to get to the injured in there area one thing that would be nice is to have some rapid response vehicles like cars, motorbikes and even push bikes. they are not able to transport but when an incident is relay bad or there are no local ambulances available they will attend and provide medical care until an ambulance is ready.

    After giving this some thought and doing some research I am ready to state my opinion regarding this topic. This exact thing is being done in four cities that I know of as of right now in my home state and the reason for this service is for the following reasons;

    A. To stir frequent callers from dialing 911 for non-emergencies.

    B. Every time a apparatus is dispatch to a call rather it is life or death these firefighters respond putting so much wear and tare on the apparatuses and also when you do this you are taking them from being available for a more serious call.

    C. Having this type of unit around helps keep apparatus in service for actual emergencies. If in fact the patient needs transport a ambulance is then dispatch for transport

In Conclusion: Adding this to the game at this point I would say ''No'' however I would like to see this service in the game in a later time as I think it would be very beneficial to add it as it would help keep more ambulances in service and available for incidents that need actual transport.

Thank you for this post as in the beginning I was totally against this but after thinking it over and doing some research my opinion on this changed. Thanks again!

whats the difference between a type 1 fire engine and a type 2 is it just the amount of crew they hold ?

Hi no one. In the US Fire Service both of these type apparatuses are used in big and small cities and towns.

Type 1 Engine Companies are used in just about every fire station. This is usually the apparatus you see coming down the street with lights and sirens responding to any number of incidents. Most times this unit is staff as a ALS or BLS apparatus. This is solely up to the department discretion.

Type 2 Engine Companies are usually called truck or tender and is mostly used in smaller cities but have been seen used in various metro areas. This particular apparatus is also used to respond to various incidents including but not limited to fires and ems calls.

I hope that I was able to help you understand the difference in these two apparatuses and if you should have further questions feel free to reply. Thanks !

Would we be able to come up with a EMS support unit in my area they are used for fire rehab and stuff like that.

I love this idea and I am working to get a few new vehicles implemented but also some more calls as well. I appreciate your idea and hope you will continue to post bringing things to our attention. Thank you

Couldn't agree more. I am hoping to get this game on a better track towards the us fire service way, I really am

Is there anyway 2 get the wait time lowered from a week when expanding the hospitals the prisons?

If everything was lowered and cheaper what would be the point of the game if everything is easy? This game in my opinion is a strategy in a way. For example if I was going to build a hospital or extend my jails I would make sure that in the mean time I have either other hospitals or jails to use while I wait on mind. Maybe consider using your alliances members hospital and jail in the mean time until yours is done being completed. The whole idea is in being in a alliance is to work together and if you can afford to buy coins do so but don't spend them so quickly and only use them when you really really have to. I've spend about $120.00 in coins but I used them wisely and made sure I didn't have any other options. Rule of thumb only spend the coins to build but not expand or to buy vehicles .

This is by far never going to happened with me nor any of my members. I'm not sure what would make you think any of us would leave our alliance to join one big one and to let are hard work go to waste. We have different alliances for many reasons and there are even those out there that aren't even active as much as a few alliances I know for a fact that are on everyday. Maybe if you wanna be the biggest you should consider advertising and maybe even on other sites, I am sure there are those who would agree and feel the same way I do.

I've never seen anything like this or even heard of it. @Gavin876 if you could provide a link that would be great.
