True, its not a major issue by any means. Just a curiosity

I do. I have personnel assigned to nearly every truck I have yet this issue still occurs.

What do you mean by "back alarm"? Either way it's in the 5th station I built and I'm up to 55 now so it's been sitting there a while lol

I'm sure this has been brought up before but it continues to be an issue for me. I'll randomly get units to arrive on-scene with zero personnel on board. This is particularly annoying with EMS as I'm in a rural area and the only fix I've found is to let the truck return to quarters and re-dispatch.

I have the same issue with one of my tankers, though I only send it on calls that would need it. Regardless, it only seems to get farther into the negative range.

Alliance Transport Admins have this ability.

How many stations do you currently have? The Battalion Chief isn’t required to complete calls until you’ve built your 6th Fire Station, so my best guess is that you have yet to reach that point.

I believe the patient transfer requires that you have both a UCC and Hospital assigned to the same dispatch center to spawn. Do you have that set up for all four or just the one?

Here's an image if it helps

I can understand your point from a realism perspective, but the grind on this game is already immense as is. If calls were made longer, only the really dedicated realistic players would stick around just because of how long it would take to do anything. It would just get really boring for people who want to expand and actually do stuff.

One thing that's helped me out in the long run is doing missions in sets.
Say like you do about 10 missions at a time. Wait about 5 minutes, clear out any transport requests then do it over again.
That's a good point, I do that as well. I always see people (especially new ones) freaking out over not being able to answer calls. Taking them as you can and not worrying about the rest yet really helps.

Aren't they essentially just tankers though? I get what you mean for variety and realism but I don't see a significant addition from a gameplay perspective.

I'm currently running 43 FD, 34 EMS, 24 PD, 3 Hospitals, 1 HEMS, 2 Fire Boat Docks, and a Fire Academy to answer your question. And like you I'm running 100% realistic (or at least as close as I can get).
And with me nearing the 1 mil price tag on Fire Stations, I'm finding the mini-grinds much more rewarding than just aiming high and waiting it out.
-
I like to set daily goals for myself. For instance, I try to earn 200k a day at minimum. That way, I can have enough to build a new fire station every 5 days as I sit right now. I also have extensively planned my area and potential new areas, so I always know what I want to go for. 1+ mil is definitely daunting, but if you can decide exactly what you want and divide it up into more manageable chunks, it makes it a lot easier to stay on it. At least, it does for me.

It is 7

The Co-Admin role is not all-encompassing like the Admin one is. All of the other roles need to be attached as well.

I'm not sure what you mean, as those vehicles (ARFF Crash Tenders) are still in the game.
-
It's based on German time from what I've been told. I base my shifts off of that and they work fine

Per the game's Facebook, this feature has not been implemented yet.

UPDATE: I bit the bullet and sent two trucks on a long run. ALS trucks do indeed take over from BLS
