  • This might actually be a possibility, when the user deletes their account, we're looking into this. Of course in that case the mission should have been at least aborted in a way that all vehicles return on their own. We are looking into that and how to prevent it, meanwhile feel free to post here or contact support with any vehicle link still stuck at that mission, then we can release them manually.     While the mission was fixed, it also became kind-of invalid as a subsequent mission to serving an eviction notice; those of you, that got the mission as a subquent following therefore got the "broken" version of the mission. We have fixed up the issue and corrected the invalid missions manually, so everything should be working properly again. Let us know if there are any more issues surrounding this.   • Looks like a condition was missing, that would check for existence of an active HEMS base; we just added the condition and removed the mission for all users that didn't have a HEMS station yet. Greetings Dennis for the dev team

    A while back in July (facebook.com/permalink.php?sto…208835&id=110656113669153) we introduced a limit that players need to have leveled up at least 3 times to upload graphics packs to reduce spam and inappropriate content. It seems you're just before that limit so after the next level-up you should regain the ability to upload graphics packs. Greetings Dennis of the dev team

  • There was an issue until yesterday, in which "1 Armed Response Personnel" wasn't properly displayed leading to the mystery requirement. This should've been fixed since yesterday, we hope Greetings Dennis of the dev team

  • Oh dear, that's definitely not what was intended. Seems a minor patch accidentally made the sheriff unit half prisoner transport, half patient transport (which definitely is not a good idea ).     This currently is due to the new map filters; you can still see other player's buildings in their profile. Alliance member buildings are a tad tricky due to the large amount present in some alliances but we're looking into reintroducing this safely and without performance impacts for those that don't want to use them (larger alliances easily can contain a few thousand buildings).     Hm, we're about to roll out a bugfix that could address this issue. Please check with the next update within the next days if this comes up still and report back here. I assume if this happens, all tabs (missions, buildings, chat) are affected just the same?

    The app itself is up, but we've heard random cases of that orange screen in the past, but it is a different issue. Can you provide more info about the device you're using, actions you did around the time of the issue; is it reproducible or just happaned one-time?

    Thank you very much for the input (on aside: you should've been reimbursed). With that information we were able to identify the issue and put out a patch that should solve the issue for everyone affected. The patch is live and hopefully the case solved, any feedback is much appreciated, but at least our reproduction case solved this way Thanks && Greetings Dennis from the dev team
