hello - in regards to the ems " bugs" , if you actually believe the issues are bugs - its probably faster to report through the phone app than through the forums. ( send screenshots to help support) that being said - the original developer set the game up so personnel/ units could only be transferred between exact basic ((the building w/o extensions) even if it has some) buildings , he didnt plan on as many extensions are there are currently - and he is no longer involved with game development. He didnt post anything as a "development statement" - its just how he made the game. i had similar issue with police station and police helicopter station. so better just to chalk it up to learning and not worry about it. but happy dispatching
