Is there a glitch or is it a new update where 1 light boat equipment counts as 2 light boats. See attached screenshots where my 1 engine only has 1 light boat equipment on it but the mission recognizes it as two even though my second light boat hasn't arrived yet with the pump shown in one of the screenshots

Just because a vehicle has a certain number of seats doesn't mean anything. I know companies that run 8 seat engines but only run 4 regularly on them

what's wrong with making an ambulance extension?
BORTAC-7415 and nick12 - both would be great if medical equipment didn't have to be in a station with the ambulance extension.

I suggest that ambulance stations that only have BLS ambulances, can only generate BLS calls (A and B patient codes) and no ALS calls (C to E patient codes).
I play with real units and I have tons of ALS calls whereas I only have 15% of ALS ambulances.

Right, again sorry if there is already a post, but I again can't find it.
In the County of Lincolnshire, UK, Lincolnshire Fire and Rescue Service operate 38 fire stations across the county. When appliances are called for say an extended period of time, which is typically around two hours or more, other appliances will go and cover their grounds IF they are otherwise not covered by any other appliance. For instance, Caistor Fire Station will often have their appliance at Gainsborough Fire Station covering Gainsborough's grounds while they are out, and when they get back, Caistor leave and return to their own station. I would like to see a feature like this, along side a retained crewing system, where the number of people "on call" for an appliance varies and can change every so often when the player is online. That is in the next paragraph for more details. The feature in summary, is fire station A can have their appliance moved to fire station B until B are back, if the player does not do this themself, it will be done automatically after say 5 mins so you can't have more than the correct amount of appliances at the station with the expansions.
The Retained Crewing system would include an automatically varying amount of people who are on call for an appliance, with an automatic delay for them to get to the station and get ready. They would then respond like any other appliance. You would dispatch the appliance like normal, but there is an automatic delay for the crew to arrive on station. The crew responds like any other. If I am forgetting something, I will likely add it in a response to the post!
Thanks for reading if you read it all... that's a lot...you can always use a staging area and move a fire truck to that staging area and make that the fire station

Why is the same mission showing different completion times? The 4 minute one is from the web and the 2 minute one taken from the mobile. Both were also taken at the same time. Web also shows a response delay of 2-3 minutes but mobile doesn’t

My guess is there is a setting somewhere within your setup that is doing this, as it does not appear to be a global issue. I would reach out to support directly and see if they can look into it for you.
There is no problem when dispatching the units from mobile only web

For yours for example if 16-19 got dispatched it'd have a delay of 2-3 minutes and it could be 2 seconds away but still show it's 1 minute out

I am unable to reproduce this. I only see delays happen when I dispatch a bunch of vehicles at once, it seems each vehicle is +1 second to go after the next.
Is it every vehicle or only specific vehicles?
Every single vehicle. No matter if it is the first mission or the 10th mission. The mobile version doesn't have the delay tho

I have a response delay of 0 set for all my vehicles but for the past 2 days they've had a delay of 2-3 minutes but they immediately appear on the map to respond. Is this a new update where all vehicles now have a delay?

It is possible to cancel multiple units before the screen refreshes - this needs to be done quickly, but as long as you do not wait more than a second between cancellations you could theoretically cancel all units assigned before it refreshes.
That works if all the units you wish to cancel are next to each other otherwise you have to wait till it refreshes to continue cancelling units

Can we get rid of the option that the mission gets refreshed when you cancel a unit? I hate when you have to cancel more than 1 unit and everytime you select cancel unit the whole mission has to be refreshed before selected the second one
