i know here we in my area we dont have an mcv but we have a system in place that allows the setting up of a command post if necessary with out a vehicle needed they just use one of the 20 hq utility vehicles to transport the stuff

here in australia we have paddy wagons normal have two coppers(or three if there is a new guy) and it normally only carrys 1 at a time but ive seen it carry 4 before

i think if we just add tow trucks first so a tow truckyard thats like 15K and tow trucjs are like 3K then we can see how the system would work and make changes before we expand it to big

power truck and or power bucket truck
Gas services truck
Water services
Tow truck(added first)
Roadside assistance?
Traffic control?
excavation equipment
City works/council truck-would require coins and performs some of the above
Plus what ever else you thinkHere is the missions for the tow truck which sould be the first added it would come in thd the police station(for pkaces like NY that run there own) and in a services building or a road services building.
It has the mission followed by the percentage it msy be required and the amount that may be required.burning car(100% 1),burning motorbike(100% 1),tractor fire(100% 1)burning truck(100% 1),caravan fire(100% 1),burning trailer(100% 1),burning busstop(20% 1),RTC(100% 1-3)garage fire(100% 1-2),gas leak(100% 1),harvester fire(100% 1),manhole fire(30% 1),Gas station fire(100% 1-4),dangerous goods truck accident(100% 1-3),parked car accident(20%1-2),rioter(10% 1),person check(10% 1),obstruction of traffic(40% 1),theft of property from vechiles(50%1-3),traffic accident-ice(100% 1-3),MVA rollover(100% 1-3),industrial fire(40%1-3),building collapse(30% 1-3),trench rescue(50% 1-3),officer down(60% 1-3),fleeing suspect(70%1-2),prison escape(70%1-2),unknown tanker spill(100% 1-3),pileup(100% 1-15)and any others you might think

I'll bring up another thread about patient transports and transfers from hospital to hospital it is extremely common at my local hospital the ambulance helicopter does transfers every second day. Normally if you get listed as critical in my town you get flown to Sydney which is a three hour drive away or Wollongong a 1-1.5 hour drive for more specialist and advanced services not to mention the multiple intakes from the other hospitals further south from my town
Allowing transfers would allow you to finish a backup of calls then you and your alliance members could transfer to larger empty hospitals close by or hours away a tax would still apply -
seeing as paramedic rescue/ambulance rescue/paramedic squad is going to be add to the game could we also add a police rescue they are like heavy rescue run by the police force i dont know if the uk and us has something similar let me know what you think

just an idea for you hang on to it and move it to a new station when you expand it i make my ambulance stations fire stations so i can have a heavy rescue in it and i just wait till i need a new engine and move it to that station

the nfpa should have nothing to do with the game coding the minimum requirements need to be set so you cant send 1 engine to a highrise fire there needs to be a open source aspect to the game that allows people to pick what regulations to follow (kinda like the graphics packs) because here we dont have a ladder truck in all the towns and cities seeing a ladder truck in NSW is kinda rare. the point is different areas have diffrent regulations within the same department here so going of one regulation doesnt work for everyonee else it may work for 20% of people but the one thing go remember not everyone has the same.

add structure fire and make it so all building related fires come in as that and let it either change to a specific type or stay as a structure fire

right i would love that it would be good if we could set if it was a small building area or high rise building area because i get highrise fires in a town that only has the max a 10 store building

i think it would be better if it said structure fire to begin with then whn your first unit arrives it changes to a roof fire garage fire room fire ect

im trying to keep it slightly less complicated. i understand what your saying but i think due to the amount of differences trough out the USA let alone the world and not to mention the game play balances
a way to see it is in america you can walk up to a pierce dash engine in LA and walk up to one in Miami the differences are huge because the way the US fire services are you would have so many options for pumps tank sizes crew arrangements layouts ect
i know here in Australia mainly NSW almost all full time fire trucks have about the same pump size same tank size and same layout(per type of truck)
and the volunteer fire service have the same layout on every truck
