The reason why i'm suggesting Bike, Person, and Horse patrols is because my area has a boardwalk and beach and obviously police wont patrol in a car on the board walk.

I have come up with the following ideas for Police Units.
I believe we should have
1. Police Horse. (Requires Special Training )
2. Officer on Foot. ( No Training )
3. Officer on Bicycle. ( Requires Special Training )
4. Community Relations Officer ( Requires Special Training, Foot Officer or Regular Officer that defuses public situations more quickly, i.e. Noise Complaint )5. Drug Intoxication Specialist ( Regular Officer w/ Special Training, would resolve Intoxication Calls faster. )
