So to build a second dispatch center, you need 25 buildings, I have a few questions related to that:
1. Is that just 25 buildings? Like including Police, Fire, and rescue stations?
2. Do fire stations with ambulance extensions count as 2 buildings because it technically is a fire stations that doubles as a rescue station?
3. If im in an alliance, can I hook into an alliance members dispatch center?
