Not working for me still! Hope to see a fix soon as I've not been able to play properly since Thursday..

This issue also occurs for me. Probably an issue with the game if it's happening to multiple people at the same time.

I hope they can fix this bug as my game is becoming unplayable due to reliance on pod units.

Training Facility/Academy/School/Centre

Yeah, that would be really cool if they started using the actual call gradings, maybe replaced the deafult icons with the call grade (depending on the way that service dispatches).
Also I think maybe if the user had an Urgent Care Centre and a hospital then there could be patient transport service missions?
