And takes up a lot of units...

Anyone else getting like 10 officer downs a day, anything from literally an animal attack to a shoplifting can turn into an officer down, which I supppose is realistic, but when basically every officer I employee goes down every day I begin to wander how realistic this is. Could this possibly get reduced so there's maybe 1 a day max?

I posted on the alliance board about graphics a few weeks ago I think now and you told me to remind you the week after, I forgot but here's your reminder now
It was for an NWAS Fiat Scudo See and Treat but while you're at it could you do a VW Passat as well.
Whenever you have time

Ye deffo not Croxteth, I've been croxteth irl and my old acting ambulance managers dad works there as an FF. They have a lot of stuff but mainly they have, 1 pump [Papa 1], 1 rescue engine [Romeo 1], 1 scania prime mover search and rescue team [Tango 1] (Like a backup utility thing for Romeo 1, then they have all the USAR stuff, they've got about 5 MAN and Scania Prime Movers, they have another Scania Pump for ballistics response (terror incidents), another MAN pump for mud rescue, two jetskis, about 10 boats, a hovercraft. And multiple officer cars and other fire cars. It was soo cool. And they also have HART, I think I counted about 3 Mercedes Sprinter IRUs and 3 VW Transporter IRUs, and then 2 Mercedes Sprinter ISUs.

Ye they do, and ye that one. It's based at Toxteth apparently but also apparently at Kirkdale. But I think Toxteth,
-
Oh can you also make a merc sprinter merseyside frs command support unit please?
-
Yes however, if you send a firetruck it already starts caring for the patient and treats to about 80% anyway.
-
Oh ye whoops I've uploaded the unscaled one. And here's a dog section one as well.
The i30 and bmw look nice, I'll make them none gif.
Would you make an NWAS Fiat Scudo see and tree vehicle, an NWAS merc sprinter, an NWAS VW Passat, a Merpol 308, Merpol ford transit, Merpol Mercedes Vito and an unmarked Mercedes Vito please? (I know thats a lot, whenever is fine)
-
If anyone is interested I made these from the ones Andrew made, they're facing the right way and doesn't have gif. And also I made one without matrix because merseyside police also use yellow vans for normal response cause they like to be special.

But you wouldn't need to purchase the extension
but as mentioned in this thread, I need a fly car at the helicopter station...

Nothing should increase in price

Bit confused as to why an ambulance station costs 200,000, which is the same as a hospital, yet an urgent care center is only 100,000. Surely an ambulance station should be 100,000. Also, you can build the ambulance extension for 100,000 on fire stations which suggests even more that ambulance stations should be 100,000.
-
I won't argue but I will say that they aim for double crew, but the police service can hardly uphold their 999 response divisions nevermind roads policing due to funding, so thats why most RPU are single crewed.
-
What I've seen people do is using motorcycles as traffic vehicles so then the officer has to be trained and realistically most units are single crewed, especially traffic.
-
Love the idea of RRVs at Helo Stations - However I think this should be an extension (Like the 10K credit extension on an ambo station) so that you have the option whether to add in the RRV slot or not, and I'd suggest without the RRV extension it does not spawn missions around it. This would mean that you couldnt base RRV's at your airbases as they would then count as Ambo stations theoretically.
Alternatively, just allow RRVs to be based there with an extension, but do not make it act as an ambo station and spawn calls locally.
Ye.
I think there should be an extension for all EMS vehicles to be stationed there. Where our heli pad is, we have all our specialist vehicles there (ems rescue, chief and MCU)
Yes however then for people like me we'd have calls spawning ages away.

So I can't remember what discussion it was in but something to do with units in buildings or whatever. And I brought up air ambulance stations having response vehicles, for example irl most air ambulances (UK) now operate RRVs because the air ambulance can get grounded, and if it's only around the corner or something etc.
So I was just wandering what everyone thought of this and if there was any other ideas?
Additionally, would this then function as and Ambulance Station, because my problem is that North West Air Ambulance (Which cover my area) have their airbases quite far from me, with 2 helicopters in Barton and 1 helicopter in Blackpool. I operate in the Merseyside and North Cheshire area so obviously I would encounter some issues with this as if I it was an ambulance station I would recieve calls from that area, which means sending ambulances 10 minutes away into Manchester and then even further to a hospital.
Thanks
