Hi, recently I have started getting mass casualty calls when I dont normally as I have turned off my dispatch stations with fire/police so only ambulance missions spawn. This has been working fine and suddenly today major incidents have started spawning. On the requirements of these missions it says ambulance station mass casualty extension (specialisation) which would suggest that this is because of a mass cas extension. So I have disabled all my mass cas and hart stations, I am still getting the calls.

Anyone else having this issue or know if a fix?

    Hi,

I’m looking to figure out a way for an ARR setup which will dispatch the closest available ambulance resource irrespective of its type.

Is there any way to do this?

I think this has been suggested before so mainly looking for an update.

I’d really love a queue feature so I can send my ambulances to wait at Hospital and not have to have them wait at scene.

    Any chance of this happening?

Thanks guys. This is what I've decided to do and just run ambo. Still a shame because it limits the type of calls like when they're generated by police but require ambo etc. but at least Im able to actually play without being overrun by fire calls

Anyone know if there’s any way to change the speed of calls dependent on each service through LSSM or any other method. I’ve stopped playing the game because it’s impossible to be realistic on a good speed because fire are over run and ambulance have nothing to do.

Alternatively, is there any way I can disable types of service?

Have mentioned this before but still seems to be an issue.

An OTL doesn’t function as an RRV, it will not treat patients what so ever.

In my ambulance trust RRVs are only team leaders so at the moment I either have to pick if I want them to just treat or just be team leader.

Hi. I suggested the ability to change mission speed dependent on services as well as overall speed.

    So separate Police, Fire, Ambulance.

I was wandering if there was any update or possibility of this?

I’m no longer interested in playing the game as I play realistically and become completely overwhelmed with fire jobs and have barely any ambulance.

PTS ambulances are now being used in the UK not just to transport scheduled non-clinical patients to hospital but also to transport CAT 4 999 calls. This vehicle would be cheaper than a normal ambulance and means that emergency ambulances can be kept free for CAT 1-3 calls.

I think that the ability to have a minimum and maximum response delay would be really cool to have in game. Not essential so maybe something for the future.

For me because I play realistically I hate dispatching multiple units at once because then they travel in sort of convoys and all at once, I know occasionally this would happen in real life but realistically a lot of the time the time for the vehicle to life the station is dependent on how long the staff take to get to it and go.

Few more graphics I've made. I have not made the bases for these they have been taken from blueprints off the internet and been edited to add the liveries. :)

There is nothing stopping the dispatch of additional units if that what you want. I quite often send units not in the requirements of the mission just because they may be close and it would be realistic. For example, sending an IRV to the overdose mission sometimes. Realistically it may be requested that the police attend.

    SERVICE BASED MISSION SPEED

This has been suggested in the past but I think it would be SO SO amazing to have in game and allow realistic players to be able to have a more enjoyable game.

The ability set the mission speed for fire, EMS and police separately as well as the overall speed for all.

This would be useful as a few major fire calls can completely knock out the fire service and means you have to slow down. Whilst you only have a few medical calls and ambulance have nothing to do. Realistic ambulances would have huge stacks of calls unlike other services (for the most part)

    COVERAGE AREAS

Again this has been mentioned and I think POI locations were suggested as a way to do this.

Being able to create an area which you cover so that it’s not just based on around your stations but means you can cover whatever area you realistically would. In real life especially rural counties stations can be very far apart meaning a lot of areas don’t get calls.

Hi, is anyone else encountering this issue?

When using the Any Dog ARRR my normal DSUs are being selected but not my Multiple Dog Carrier. I can’t seem to figure out why and can only assume it’s a bug.

Hi. We’re a newly reformed alliance looking for members.

We’re a close nit small team who play realistically. We’re looking for players in the following areas:

    Scotland

    Northern Ireland

    Ireland

    Wales

    North East England

    Midlands England

    South West England

As a small team we’re always happy to support each other with our many different resources.

We do expect that our members play to a realistic standard to an extent. E.g. realistic building placement.

Any questions let us know :)

I think this could still be exploited. For example you could just make one call that requires loads of vehicles and then continuously just use that one call to make money. I think also this would be a lot of work for the devs and not something they would do as it wouldn’t benefit them. You have to remember that they do this as a job.

Hi, I feel like this might have previously been mentioned. I know you can’t transfer staff between a police station and depot but can you not transfer vehicles??

Hi. So in my area PSU is not always located at one station and the vehicles are mostly spread across the forces area with some stations only having one vehicle. Would this mean that every single station that I wanted to just put a regular carrier at would need to have the expansion or is there any way around this? If not I suppose I’ll just only have them at the stations where there is multiple
