    I can only get it to load via a web browser or the app when on WiFi. If I'm on mobile data only, nothing. Anyone have any thoughts?

  • You don't have any units available error

    When I logged in this morning I have several calls holding, all my units are available at stations, but when I click on a call it reads You don't have any units available where the units are supposed to be. I cannot dispatch anything anywhere. Is there a way to refresh, reload, or see why I am receiving this error?
