Is there a way to merge alliance's and keep buildings, alliance funds, and such?

Not sure if this has been discussed before. I would like to see engine's that can serve as basic EMS personal and have Paramedic Engines, and Paramedic Rescue Engines. You would still need a transport for these, but they could serve as an alternative to Basic EMS calls and Paramedic calls.

I have a thought/suggestion regarding ambulances. As I have been playing there have been numerous EMS calls that I have see handled with a BLS, but the game requires an ALS. Examples child birth requires an ALS, when I know that a BLS can handle it just as well, unless there's a problem, difficulty breathing and back pain are two others. There is basically no need for a BLS ambulance in the game.
