Hi everyone!
Just had a little thought about what could be a cool option. At the moment, we can set how often we get calls (the Mission Speed setting). In real life emergency rooms, sometimes it's pretty quiet, thena busy spell can come along and make the night tense!
What I'm suggesting is having a slider where we can select the maximum and minimum times for getting a call, and then calls happen at random intervals within than zone.
So if set a max of 5 mins and a min of 30s, I could have a "quiet" set of calls, coming in every few minutes, then it gets busy with calls coming in <60 seconds apart!
Could be an interesting option to test your resources! What does everyone else think?

Yes, that would be great! I did try to have RRV vehicles for the ambulance service, but it kind of breaks down when the game tried to take patients to hospital in them! :p
