The game will only transport certain types of patients via hems.... is there anyway of asking the Devs to look at this so they can transport all patients?

Any patient can be transported by HEMS but you need an ambulance on scene also for treatment. This is as it would be in real life so makes sense.

Yes I've thought of this too. It would be great to have it as an alliance event.
I was thinking it could start as a major fire on the map requiring X amount of units and then smaller spot fire calls could appear over time in one direction from the main fire (i.e. downwind). Could also have police calls to close roads and evacuate houses, etc.

The above is on our list of stuff to suggest for the AU version of the game.

I don't understand how there is any privacy risk. Gaming platforms and messengers all over the world show last time active of users. It's a pretty standard feature.
    Am I missing something?

Well there is harm in adding it though. Any changes at all to the game takes development time, resources and cost to them. We have all seen and experienced how incredibly slow and frustrating getting any progress with this game has become so therefore development time has become extremely valuable. It is important for the game as a whole that their time is spent on the most useful features and improvements to the game and not invested in areas that will make little difference.
I can think of 20 things without even trying that should be prioritised before a change like this. Other than having all of your credits combined in one number it would achieve nothing at all.
If game development was a lot quicker and we weren't waiting literally 6 months for very simple bug fixes then sure why not add it but Missionchief is a very long way away from that. Prioritisation matters a lot!

It's easier to have an incident built up bit by bit and add notes as it would be done in real life - then when it's shared you send a single message to be shared and they can see the rest so they know what's going on as opposed to you sharing then writing out a whole load of stuff

I see what you mean. It might be just me but I tend to share calls early though, I don't hold on to them for a while and dispatch/wait for units to arrive and build up a "role play scenario" prior to sharing.
If I ever want to type some considerable notes on a call (I often do with shared custom alliance missions) and I don't want to have to type it all out after I have shared the call I just type them beforehand (just in notepad or word or similar) and copy the text then just hit paste into the call notes when I share it. Could be a work around idea for you.

Yeahh that's not gonna happen. The game developers make money through the coin spend. Running a game of this magnitude is not cheap.

My alliance doesn't do it but we have had these messages sent to our members on numerous occasions. In the past when clarification has been sought the developers have made it clear that is perfectly fine as long as there is no harassment involved obviously.
The screen shot shared above clearly shows harassment and is way out of line but it's likely that the first recruitment message that was sent wasn't harassing and perfectly fine by the rules.

See this other similar thread for more info: https://board.missionchief.com/index.php/Thread/4740-Alliance-Recruiting/

On the same topic.. I don't have HEMS yet in my game but can I clarify how it works..
Is HEMS set as a "required vehicle" for any particular call? Like a HEMS unit is actually listed on the requirements.
Or is it just used like an ambulance so can be sent to any call with patients with direct transport to hospital?

Confirmed via the developers that this is a server overload issue. Call addresses are listed as a low priority task so are often dropped in the interest of keeping the game running smoothly. A fix is in the works.

Yeah ours does too (I'm assuming they probably all do).
I was just wondering what the point of adding the incident notes to calls that haven't been shared to the alliance is. I can't imagine anyone bothering with the roleplay on their own calls, I'm sure that would last about 5 mins. Roleplay and incident notes are all about sharing with other people, hence why the notes section only appears once a call is shared.
