I think it would be very beneficial and more realistic to release patients 1 hour after they were transported, instead of one per hour. Its easy to fill your capacity very quickly then you're just stuck for a long time until you get beds available again.

I am having the same issue (also Android mobile app). Has there been any update or new information on a resolution?
