When I bought a sherrif vehicle at about 5 am, it bought 2 while I didn't have space, nor the money for it. It still registers as one vehicle in the alarm and response regulations, but the money is gone and in the police station I have 3 out of 2 vehicles.
I cleared the cache and it is still there.
