So I just tried to build a small fire station which normally cost me 50,000 to build. All of a sudden it now cost 150,000!? What happened?

So I was wondering, you know how the California pack isn't real pictures, it's more of a computer animation? Anyways, I was wondering how and what sites I could do that on.

Would anyone else be interested in the possibility of the game developers adding bicycle police units? These units would be used mainly in urban environments. I think it would be nice if we could add horse mounted officers too to make city policing more realistic.
