Utility unit needs some love, and a more realistic use other than pulling boats and the off label fill-in for HRVs. Typically we use them for QRS calls (Quick Response Service - helping the ambulance prep the patient for transport among many other things) and rope and ice water rescues. Would be cool to see some calls like this that are exclusive to the utility.
