For the last week now I have been having this issue. It disappeared for a day and came right back. This all started with the Performance improvements and New Alliance feature update.
I have all of my settings set to only allow dispatch of missions within 100km, both in the settings tab and the dispatch screen. But my mission list is now showing missions well beyond the 100km range where it used to not show them. I am in North Carolina but my mission list is showing missions from every state in the US where my alliance mates have shared them.
Very annoying having to go through 150 missions just to find 3 that I can actually send a unit to help out.
I have tried clearing the cache of my browser. I turned all of my user scripts off. I tried switching from Chrome to the Microsoft Edge browser. So far nothing seems to fix the issue.

I have units that are in their stations but the game says they do not exist when I try to dispatch them. Also I have my dispatch distance set to 100km in both the dispatch screen as well as the settings screen, yet I am seeing missions from New York, California, Florida and Oklahoma in my alliance mission list. I am in North Carolina so these are way outside of the 100km dispatch range. This all started with the update as well and are currently still an ongoing issue as I type this out.

in the us veson, i just build a police station and call it highway patrol
This works. But if you want a highway patrol only unit then you must change each unit from a patrol car to a custom category of state trooper. Do this for 76 Troop locations at 40 units each location for a total of 3,040 units. Then you need to change a setting on all of your patrol car units so you use the change vehicle settings script by JRH1997 to make the changes to the all at one time. Now you have just reset all of your state troopers back to patrol car units and now you must manually reset the custom category back to state trooper for all 3,040 units yet again. Becomes a real pain in the butt real fast.
But I would also settle for just a highway patrol specific unit that is housed in a regular police station. Just as long as it dispatches as only a state trooper and not a regular patrol car.

Would be nice to see a new Highway Patrol building with State Trooper units. Becomes very difficult to add State Troopers to my setup using the Police Station building, then upgrading it to level 39, add 40 units to the building, then have to manually reconfigure each unit to the State Trooper category so they are not dispatched as a regular patrol car unit.

This has been the best alliance I have been involved with in this game. The first few that I tried were just blah. I started out joining several of the top 15 on the alliance list at the time I started playing. Each one had lots of members and lots of resources. But they were very lacking in the player interaction side of things. Ask a question and never get an answer. People chatting away but no one would answer a simple game related question. I even sat and waited 10 days to get accepted into one alliance and never got accepted or denied. Then I found Carolina First Responders. These guys were not the largest alliance in the game, but they accepted my request to join in only a few hours. Over the first year they helped me grow and gave me some really good advice on the game play and tactics. The even allowed me to rank up inside the alliance ranks. Then we changed our alliance name to US First Responders and things have really taken off. These guys are a great bunch to hang out with and play the game. We even hang out on the alliance discord server and chat about the game and other life events. For those who wish to join a great group of people the best advice I can give you is read and follow the rules, read the alliance board, and above all have fun and enjoy life, its only a game.
