I'm having the same issue with the Halloween Events it seems liked they worked for a few hours then after that nothing.

When the issue started. ( a few hours of the event launch)

What operating system your computer uses. (Windows 10 and Window 11)

What web browser you're using. ( IE , Chrome, Firefox all currently to latest update)

Did you clear your cache? (Ctrl + F5) (Multiple times on both machines)

Any other applicable information. ( I did verify that the mission is part of the event. For example Overcooked Pumpkin Soup, Bongle, Zombie Bite, Witch Stuck in tree. Burning Pumpkin Patch)

I do see the pumpkins to the right of the missions some smile others don't not sure why there is no achv. for clicking on them.

I just had an issue with patient handoff went to dispatch my small boat to another call yet it said it was not available, went and checked on it in station and it said it was at a patient handoff. Yet I didn't have a patient handoff call on my list or on the map.

Since turning back on Coast Stations getting the same issue with everything tied up on patient/ prisoner handoff. I see this was reported back in Sept. and I don't see anything saying the problem has been fixed or why that isn't a button showing to figure out what vehicles are needed on the call. Thanks,
