I think is also good to put"oil refinery fire" to be poi mission and add "oil refinery" to poi

thank,i will try to use this method when i have enough credits to build an hems station,still a long way to go....

I think this is a good idea to be able to put fly-cay into the hems station. Also, I think it's much better if hems been able to put into alarm and response regulations.
