It could be, but these are the requirements in the possible missions tab in MC.

Good evening, I am using a plugin for Mission Chief called LSSM.
Carbon monoxide poisoning in a school
This call is requesting an ambulance officer when I only have 7 ambulance stations, they are stated as only being required at 15 ambulance stations and a mass casualty extension in which I have neither.I keep getting calls like this that I shouldn't be getting at all, and it's getting annoying.

A unit requesting a dog support unit came in when I only have 3/4 police stations whilst it says you need 6 for the first call. It was a fight on a train.
The second was when I had 2 ambulance stations and got a call requesting OTL which is needed around 4 or 6 stations.
The second one is easy to correct but the DSU needs dog handler training.

Again only have 2 ambulance stations and getting calls needing OTL.

Missions requesting units I don't have, this needs a DSU but I only have 4 police stations. Please fix as the mission isn't possible unless you have a DSU.

Yeah having the same issue, transports are fine but can't dispatch missions. Hope it is fixed soon

Good afternoon, what I usually do is train my fire department MCV to also be an EMS mobile command. So the would be both fire/ems command which can be done in a fire academy.

Same issue here, calls are spawning but nothing is progressing. Hope it is fixed soon!

Yes the rescue engine counts as both.

An assistant is an assistant chief, there is usually one in each battalion. In my setup I have them as battalion chiefs or MCV's.
OES is Office of Emergency Services which have units stationed all around California and help with incidents along with natural disasters.
ESU is a Emergency Support Unit which is a large medical support vehicle. In game I have this as an EMS support operations vehicle
Can be harder to tell, depends if it has a pump on it, can check videos and pictures. I usually go with a normal platform if it isn't a quint.

PAU is Paramedic Assessment Unit, It is a normal engine with 1 or 2 paramedics onboard to asses the patients and see if they need further treatment or transportation to a hospital.
