Problem solved! In the top right of the iOS app is a country selector. I never hit it before as I just thought it was for language. When I changed it from UK to North America I logged in fine. So it must be the server you are logging in to.

Hello All,

I have a couple questions as a new player.

1) Is there any way to cancel a mission? Or will it time out eventually? I put myself in a position where I have missions that I can't complete.

2) How come I am unable to login to the iOS app using the same username/password that I use for the web version? Is this supposed to be the case?
