Think it will be better, if you can set a graphic pack for alliance vehicles that are NOT using custom images.
Or better yet, allow alliance admin's to create an alliance graphic pack which only members have access to - if they wish... Don't force it on players though - or better yet allow the alliance to host several graphics packs - allowing customisation between forces.

@thomas1321 I see what you mean, however I would suggest that at least part of the USAR vehicular capability - such as pods - are already covered by the fire service in .de and as a result the THW (USAR) would not be able to house them I believe. Not that it makes a whole lot of difference.
